The Germans invaded China and cleared out China's Chaing Kai-Shek, naming Wang Jingwei (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wang_Jingwei) as leader of the German China. The Germans did lose the war later, but the Chinese still were under German style rulers.

Japan lost as well, but the German-Chinese still existed, under Wang Jingwei. The Chinese Army had Stahlheims and other German things given to it. German China was becoming a power in Asia. It was neutral on the Korean War and with the Soviet Union.

The Chinese are led by Erich Volkmann currently. How will this form of China go on? We will see.

In Beijing, the picture of Mao Zedong that is famous there (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Image:Chairman_Mao.jpg) is now a picture of Wang Jingwei. The Mausoleum of Mao Zedong is now the Mausoleum of Wang Jingwei.

The Chinese (who rule Taiwan and Mainland China) have a good military going for them. (Note-Thinking if I should have an SS, Gestapo and/or SA style group or what not in German China)

2a. Declarations of war on other members are not permitted, and both warring nations will be temporarily removed from the alliance. At the war’s close, both nations will be given the option of rejoining the alliance.

Now, I'm pretty sure PCC isn't in GASN, so 2a doesn't apply, so yeah, this would fall under 1b, where it's their choice whether or not to help. Of course, this is black ops stuff, so the GASN doesn't need to know anyways.
