A large stock of nuclear weapons had been smuggled into a former state of Hard Rock Beyond, just before the state was annexed.

Civil war had taken over in this former state, and approximately 11 million people had been killed by a radicalist dictator, Robert Shivy.

Approximately 1 million people survive after the nuclear attack, spread out through three cities. Dictator Robert Shivy is among them.

The weapons stock was identified as an experimental prototype for a thousand-megaton IPM (inter-planetary missile). This weapon is highly-dangerous to it's own planet if improperly maintained.

OOC: Inter-Planetary Cruise Missile? That isnt possible, inter-planetary mean between planets, and cruise missiles fly through the atmosphere!

If you mean INTERCONTINENTAL Cruise Missiles, fine by me, I will join, the Heart of Armaggeddon would love to get its hands on these missiles.

Also, 1,000 kilitons=1 megaton.

Whatever the nature of these weapons, The Community is prepared to purchase the weapons, or to be allowed to send weapons inspectors to dismantle these weapons, at $1 million per weapon. Prices are negotiable. Further incentives will be offered if you allow us to dismantle the facilities that made these weapons.

OK i fudged on a few things...

Nuclear masses messed up... it should be an IPR...

These things are experimental...

I annexed them, and after preparing to rid them of dangerous stuff, they smuggled back in nuclear weapons.

I don't want them decommissioned... I meant for this to be a sort of "race" to get to them.

Interplanetary because... well theyre experimental! Why do we still fly stealth planes? Because... we can!

I think this warrants some cloak and dagger activity, if not straight up raid to find them. Is there going to be an IC thread or just this thread? Also, are there any guidelines beyond the obvious?
