Well, like seph rudely put it, reading the stickies, now, this seems like a bit of a storefront, so pictures/stats of weaponry and a price guide seems like a good place to start off, also reading other people's threads in both forums [Nationstates aswell as here] to see how other people go about their work is also a good idea, spend a bit of time prodding around and learning what goes on before making that first step, oh and welcome to the forums. :)

And thats not insulting??? Anyway, i'd say definatly read the stickies, or just the ones that you need to know about, economy, military, techs and maybe a stivky about storefronts and you're sorted....:)
