Seraphim I, Emperor of all Europe is a man known for his Conquest of Europe in which he conquered all of Europe. He is known for winning over the Nazis and others to hold Europe under his power. He rules from Potsdam, a small town near Berlin.
Seraphim I has made Europe into his own European Empire. From Potsdam, he rules the European Empire, since the 40's, he has ruled. He married and had an Empress with him, at his side, as well as Princes and Princesses.
In 1949, he developed the Reich Bomb, his European Empire's first nuclear weapon. During Khruschev's reign in Russia, he failed and Seraphim took over all of the USSR, with his ''Ride into Moscow''. The USSR's republics were divided into states, etc.
Seraphim was now Master of Europe and the Old USSR. He made the Soviet Armed Forces join the European Empire's. Seraphim is still ruling today, as an elderly man. His last conquests were of Mongolia and only Manchuria. He held North Korea for a bit before he left, before the Korean War.
