Would the Grand Duchy of Saint Lazare be interested in a limited student exchange program with this university and the University of Layarteb at Falcon City and Layarteb City? We could exchange, say 200 people per year, maximum?

OOC: How would tuition work for that though?

Yes, what he [Lay] said. There are many universities in USB; the most prestige’s being located in downtown Windhoek. (14 Trillion Dollar Education budget finally doing something) Also Windhoek Instruments, the leader of educational equipment ranging from erasers to global multi-media for (according to the BISE) world, would like to sponsor said programs if possible.

ooc: I have just noticed that I've already got people on this listing, so...

IC Layarteb:

The International University of Monaco would be delighted to offer exchange programs with Layarteb universities, especially with those noted in your request.

[ooc: tuition is free for SL citizens - after they qualify for acceptance - so we'll have to work out on a reimbursement from the government to pay for the tuition for any exchanges that they do. I don't know how we'll work out with your students, although it could be easier to say that those students under your university system [private or public?] would pay the school that they are attending for tuition and then we would assume the costs of education...I don't know yet, but hopefully we'll work something out with it]

IC USB:

The International University of Monaco would be delighted to offer exchange programs with USB universities, especially with those noted in your request. We furthermore accept any corporate sponsors from USB to support the exchange program.

[OOC: ditto on the tuition...we'll work something out if need be...]

OOC: I have no idea who foreign exchange works in real-life but shall we just assume it is like that?

even though I partially know how it works, I really don't want to get that involved, so let's leave it at that and assume that everything works out for the best and everyone who wants it gets -after passing qualifications.

With E2 being itself and the RL being screw-up enough as it is, this is one complication that we can live without [unless you're uber-fanatical about educatiton, but seeing your last comment, I highly doubt that].
