Here's the deal. I'm too lazy at this momment to write a decent intro thread, but I will give you the gist of the events leading to this war. The nations of RFF and Demenz have long been allies though they disagreed on politics. Demenz had RFF's ass, RFF had their's. It worked out well untill someone new took power, and placed trade embargos on RFF. RFF sent delegates to discuss the situation, but their diplomatic immunity was ignored and they were arrested. They were killed while being transported to the RFF-Demenz border. The Primier Minister of RFF demanded justice, and the trade embargos lifted. Demenz ignored their demands and the next week, the President of Demenz was assassinated by RFF Quietmen in his bed. In retaliation the Demenzian goverment dispatched SpecOp forces to RFF. Shortly after arriving they were captured, executed publicly, and their heads were sent back to the Demenzian acting president. In response, Demenz sunk a RFFian cargo ship filled with supplie. RFF then ordered the near 200,000 soldiers stationed in RFFian military base out of Demenz. I'll let him have the honor of starting this off.

The newly elected Premier, Josef Sajov, sat in his office talking to military and diplomatic officials about this crisis.

"What are we going to do about this one boys,?" said Josef.

He is interrupted by a military advisor

"Sir, we are outnumbered in military strength. We have to fight this battle tactical," said the advisor.

"Wha? You all want to go to war with them?"

"Well not right away. We can watch the scumbags as they pull out. Once their out of Demenz, we can attack them on their own turf."

"Just dont do anything stupid. Demenz has a reputation to uphold."

((Basically this ends with the agreement that around 170,000 Demenz troops may be deployed towards southern Demenz.))

Colonel Williams had always wondered why the Imperial nature of the Empire had never engulfed the small nation known as Demenz. Sharing a border with them, it seemed only natural. Things however, always remained quite peaceful, if not friendly. He smiled at the orders he had been given recently. He had been given command of a large number of troops and was to bring them south, to the Demenzian city known as Preig. It was on the border of RFF and Demenz, and his orders were to attack it from the northern side, while the main attack force came from the south. They would flatten the city and establish a base there, and so the war would begin. Looking into the binoculars, he raised his radio to his mouth.

"We're ready. Begin the bombardment."
