OOC: This is based on my other nation of mine, Fascism Returned, so please refer to my nation as that(you can check it on nationstates if you want to).

As Cardinal Richelieu III was sitting in church, praying to god, a bunch of rioters shattered the windows of the church, took a torch and set fire to the church while dumping gallons of alcohol through the window. It wasn’t long until the whole church was engulfed in flames. The place was filled with smoke, the only place the smoke had to escape was through the windows. Using a wooden board, the rioters made sure Cardinal Richelieu III couldn’t get out, making the church of god his own death house. These rioters quickly left the scene, spray painting in the parking lot of the church
“The Church must die!”

Cardinal Richelieu III was trapped. The shattered window was too engulfed with flames to go through. He had to break another window. The Cardinal’s robes were soon on fire as well, yet he was able to take the fire out, but not without getting badly burned. The Cardinal felt immense pain but had to continue to survive. As the smoke spread, he began to choke, and could barely see. His eyes burned from the smoke. Before he had timed to escape, he was knocked out. Yet, when the firefighters arrived, they were able to rescue him from a near death, and he was quickly transported to the hospital, in very bad condition. It is unclear if he is going to die, and he is still in a coma.

The nation of Fascism Returned has an established church. However, an assault from Captain Dubrovich of Skgorria murdered their religious figure, Richelieu III. Dubrovich was quickly arrested, but a terrorist attack, started by 10 Atopianans attacked the jail, freeing all the prisoners, killing the guards and Dubrovich. Now 13 of these prisoners are trying to hold a rebellion against Fascism Returned.

"What is wrong with these people?" Dictator Donkere exlaimed, as he quickly heard the news about the incident. "Don't these people know that there going to rot in hell for their action!"

One of Donkere's advisor's spoke out. "The problem is that although our nation is 95% catholic, there's still the 5% who aren't."

"Than our nation shall be 100% catholic." Donkere shouted patriotically. "All other religions must convert to catholism, leave the nation OR DIE!"

"YOUR CRAZY!" The advisor shouted "Nobody will support this cause. People will protest like mad, and it will lead to a civil war. Even catholics will be against you! Besides, as far as were concerned, Richelieu III won't even die. And if he lives, than it should be his decision on what to do."

"Getting rid of other religions would be the greatest thing that ever happened." Donkere said. "They turn catholics against us, and statisitacally catholics are less likely to commit crimes. If I'm known as the ruler who turned Fascism Returned into a 100% catholic nation, I would feel as if my life had meaning. Perhaps maybe not today I will do it, but sooner or later I will. Perhaps it will be best if Richelieu III does die. That will bring my revolution in order."

The rioters who had burned the church were the dregs of society, men and women with no hope and nothing to live for...with one exception.

Having evaded the other rioters in the winding streets of the city, Captain Dubrovich of the Comitee For Skgorrian Security returned to his safehouse. Quite why the Leader would order the assisnation of a forgein religious leader...

Doctor Salomon, a jew, had hated Cardinal Richelieu III, but was now trying to save his life. Cardinal Richelieu III was rushed to the hospital he had worked at. It was Doctor Saloman's duty as a doctor to save his life. But his hatred for him was too much. Even though he was jewish, he had to spend his hard earned money, to spend it on the catholic religion. And what did the Synagogue get, absolutely nothing. Many times he thought about moving away from his nation. The evil government kept on going to far. Elections were banned, any book that opposed the church or the government were banned. For example, the government banned "The Da Vinci Code" and "Angels and Demons". In fact, all Dan Brown books were banned. Dan Brown was his favorite author. And this was all because of this man, Cardinal Richelieu III. He figured him to be an anti-sematic b****** for not giving a damn about the jews, or any other religion. He almost was glad of what these rioters did.

The Leader had given Captain Dubrovich another order....

After accquiring a hospital uniform by robbing and murdering a hospital technician in his own house (stealing money and raping his daughter to make it look like a dissident action), Captain Dubrovich made his way to the maximum security hospital where the Enemy was being held. Forging the photopass had been hard work, but the resources of Skgorria are truly vast!

The Cardinal was under guard by one armed policeman who waited outside of the door, showing due reverence to such a respected figure. The Policeman searched Dubrovich before allowing him into the room, but Dubrovich had nothing on him save a simple clipboard and biro.

Nodding to the Policeman, Dubrovich stepped into the room.

Damn!, he thought, a doctor...

"Excuse me, Doctor," said the Captain, "but I have something for you."
"Oh?" Salomon replied, half-turning, "what's tha-"

He never finished the sentence. In a blur of motion, Dubrovich had rammed the biro point-first into the doctor's throat, puncturing his vocal chords and severing his windpipe. Grabbing the thrashing doctor by the arms, Dubrovich waited until Salomon's gurgles had ceased, and he had gone limp.

Then, crossing swiftly to the bed, Dubrovich slid a small ceramic blade from his clipboard. With a brief motion, the six inch leaf-shaped blade was punched through the base of the Cardinal's horribly burned skull; severing the brainstem and causing instant death.

"It is done. Skgorria prevails!" whispered Captain Dubrovich.

Leaving the room, he thumbed over his shoulder at the door as he passed the policeman, nonchalantly announcing "I killed them both." The policeman gasped...

It didn't take the policeman any longer to gasp as it did to attack him than he did to slam him in the wall. "I don't know how you were able to kill those two people virtually unequiped, but you won't get away with it with me." He hand cuffed the man. The whole hospital looked in shock at what had happened. Never had there been someone who killed someone in the hospital. Who would be sick enought to do such a thing. To kill such a huge political figure. "I don't know who you are, but you a sick b******! The justice system will make sure you are punished to the full extent of the law." Captain Dubrovich was placed in the back of the police car, and the policeman drove him to jail. It wasn't long until every TV show in Facsim Returned was cancelled with a special news announcment stating: "Cardinal Richelieu III murdered!"

Dubrovich sat in his cell, contemplating his fate. All had gone as the Leader had wished, and Dubrovich had carried out his instructions to the letter. Now came the hardest part of his orders...

2 guards came in, one with food, the other holding a stun baton.
"Stay seated, prisoner scum" snarled one of the guards
"The Lord will truly punish you, sinner!" spat the other as he threw the food to the floor.
"We're going to teach you a lesson worthy of Our Lord" grinned the first.
Striking like a coild serpent, Dubrovich leaped up and tackled them both to the floor. Crushing one guard's windpipe with his elbow, Dubrovich groaned as the guard punched him in the eye. Lashing out, Dubrovich kicked the man, stood up and jumped on the man's cranium repeatedly, crushing it. Seizing both of the guard's sidearms, Dubrovich exited the cell and wondered how on earth he was going to get out...

The black van was entirely unremarkable. Its cargo was anything but. Ten of Atopiana's finest and most dedicated volunteer special operations personnel (all products of the infamous "Camp Death"), armed to the teeth and ready to roll, sat like coiled springs.

The gate guard didn't know what hit him - literally. His head exploded as a RPG round punched through him, to detonate against the guard box. The shaped charge disintegrated the wooden structure and vapourised the second Guard from the waist up.

Storming through the confusion and the alarms, firing as they moved, the ten men of the Death Brigade made an unerring line to Captain Dubrovich.

"Captain Dubrovich! Come with us!"
"Or what?"
"Or else we kill you and everyone in this building."
"The people in this building are of no concern to me!"
"Fair enough."

An RPK chattered, and Dubrovich's lifeless body slumped to the floor.

"Comrades, none of us survive now. Kill everything that moves. Detonate the van."
"At once, comrade."

From outside came the whoof-krump of a ton of high explosive, packed with ball-bearings. At rush hour, the carnage was immense - and no less than that inside the prison.

Free from the need to live, the ten men shot, burnt, and blew their way through the prison, releasing prisoners and shooting guards and policemen as they went. One by one, however, they fell - and the last to fall pressed a stud on his webbing.

As one, the ten bodies exploded, leaving no trace of their existence but for the horrific destruction in their wake...

"What's going on!?" Dictator Donkere yelled angirly as the news reports went from "Cardinal Richelieu III murdered!" to "Police identify murderer as Captain Dubrovich, of the Comitee For Skgorrian Security in Skgorria" to "Attack on the prison of murderer Captain Dubrovich." Today would be a horrible tragedy on Fascism returned. "I admit, that crime is frequent in our nation, but this is bizaree. From a murder of our religious leader, to a terrorist attack."

Firefighters, police, and even the national guard came to investigate the prison, and to take out the fire, that was vividly burning the prison.

"Donkere I have some more urgent news for you!", a member from Donkere's administration yelled. "Apparently one of the news reporters was in the prison during the attack and we were able to get footage of one of the suicide bombers before she died. And from the looks of it, he looks Atopianan."

"That means nothing, it could be a citizen of Fascim returned, or any other nation whose migrated to another country. But still we should give the leaders of Atopiana a telegram telling them one of the suspects could be from their nation. And we know that Captain Dubrovich was both Skgorrian and was involved in the Skgorrian government. So, in that case, we might have to go to war with them."

"We can't afford a war with Skgorrian. There military overpowers us."

"That doesn't mean we still can't win. We have three options. We can use a draft, in which the soldiers won't get paided. Perhaps if we gather some allies, they will help us win the war. Or if worse comes to worse, we'll use our WMP's" Donkere announced

"I don't like the sound of any one of those options. This seems to be a repeat of what happened in WWI."

"We'll worry about this later. But for now, I wish to execute a plan to put the city of Verdena(city where Cardinal/prison was) under a curfew. Nobody can leave thier houses or enter Verdena except for our military, police, fire fighters, or rescue squad. Anybody who does, will be arrested on the spot. Make sure that every tv station, radio station, sends this message immediately."

An adjuant knocked on the door of the office of the Leader, nervous about his news

Not bothering to turn around, the Leader sighed "What?"
Stumbling for words, the adujant gasped "Dubrovich is dead, the Atopianans acted as we hoped"
"Leave", and with that the adjuant ran for his life

The Leader considered his courses of action. Everything had gone to plan, now with The Second Atlantis mobilising for war, the Skgorrian military would crush them like a bug. Atopiana would be distracted by the growing religious fervour, and worst came to worst, the Alpha-class Deterrent Weaponry would turn the tide. With a country in which military service was compulsory, the Leader had millions of soldiers to wage war with

Comrade-Chairman Cullen groaned as he read the latest report. Another Dedication Division screw-up. Oh well. Time to break it to the People's Council of Atopiana...

"Comrades, I have grave news. We are about to be plunged into a war with either Skgorria or Fascism Returned. We can afford to further the international revolution in one of these nations, but not both. Opinions?"
"Comrade Chairman, I suggest that we stave off Skgorria by reinforcing Grossetape, and use our Black Brigades in FR."
"A sound idea in principle, Comrade, but I think we must remember that ours is a volunteer force."
"Ha! You say that, but every second person is armed - we don't have Local Defence Councils for nothing, you know!"

The meeting continued in this vein for some time, but eventually it was decided. Atopiana was at war, covertly, with FR. In public, everything was buisness as usual. But that very night, fifty-six men and women of the Black Brigades and Dedication Divisions slipped across FR's borders by a variety of means...

OOC: The nation is Fascism Returned, not Second Atlantis.

Donkere quickly sent a telegram to Atopiana, hoping to accomplish two things. To figure out who was behind the attack on the jail. Perhaps the nation of Atopiana would help Fascism Returned identify the murders, or at least find out if the murders was from Atopiana or not. He was also hoping Atopiana would join Fascism Returned in war against Skgorria.

Dear Comrade-Chairman Cullen of Atopiana,

If you paid attention to the news in Fascism Returned, you know that Cardinal Richelieu III, our great religious leader, was murdered by an important political figure of Skgorria, Dubrovich. Now here is where your nation comes in. When we arrested Dubrovich, he was killed by a person that appeared to be of Atopianan heritage. The murder of Dubrovich both destroyed any information we could've gotten from him, and caused our national prison, home of the worst criminals, to cause mayhem, and free these treacherous foes. Although we neither blame you for this attack, we would ask you to do two of the folowing. We would ask you if you would be able to Atopianan suicide bombers. We will offer you 100 million workscrip if you can identify them or figure out their motive. Also, due to this incident, many people, although I am now one of them, will show great hostitility towards your nation due to the incident. I am asking you to both show your condemn the murder of Cardinal Richelieu III and Skgorria for their actions. If a war happens between us, it will help your image if you side with us, and support us in any way your nation can.

A total of 13 of the deadliest Criminals in Fascsim Returned, were freed, due to the suicide bombings at the jail where Dubrovich was held captive.

1. Delta Sprogena- Mob boss that was involved with stealing from the Bank of Fascism, and setting fire to buildings
2. Asino Omide- A deadly assassin that killed a total of 63 people.
3. Sordern Moddern- A serial killer, whose killed a total of 23 people.
4. Deur Mercina- A deadly murderer who killed any official involved in the government, especially the police and military
5. Kiki Bonter-A bounty hunter that worked for the mafia
6. Bonnie Lisher-Would kidnap many children for ransom, and would also kidnap people in gang wars.
7. Donald Tirmer-A bomb expert that would sell bombs to gangs and other countries
8. Jack Scandel- Mass murderer, that killed his wife, and boss, and would kill others to cover up these deaths.
9. Mesara Countria- Counterfeiter of the Fascism Returned currency. She lived a life of luxury without any work, counterfeiting over a billion dollars.
10 Tim Protant- A protester of Fascism Returned, in which one protest turned into riots which would kill hundreds, and the police would kill those a thousand of protesters.
11. Sarah Coller-Expanded Satanism, an illegal religion in Fascism Returned. She would create secret satanism meetings, converted Catholics into Satanists, and was stongly anti-catholic.
12. Ebro Razz- A devouted catholic, almost too devouted, in which he would kill any non-catholic in Fascism Returned.
13. Dan Hong-A rapist who would rape than murder his victims.

"FREEDOM!" Delta Sprogena yelled, as he felt the grass for the first time in his life. With the help of the other 12 criminals, they were able to kill the remaining guards and escape before the police could come. "I never thought such a day would come. I give my thanks to those who suicide bombers who freed us. I was sentenced to death penality."

"There were others that died for their freedom though. Some died to kill the remaining gurads. I believe we should honor their loss." Mesara Countria stated.

"So now what?" Tim Protant asked "We're free. Can we ever go back to the old days? But one by one, were going to get captured, and be put to death."

"Or do we have to?" Delta Sprogena "United we Stand, divided we fall. Together we shall form a new organization, we'll call it 'Victims of Justice'. We shall work together for our common goal."

"And what may that be?" Kiki Bonte asked "Money? To escape the Police?"

"Even better!" Delta Sprogena said "We're going to attack the government of Fascism Returned straight on!"

"WHAT!" Tim Protant "We'll get slaughtered. We will be known as terrorists throughout the world. And what do you expect? That'll we'll succeed in taking over Fascism Returned. 13 to hundreds of thousands of soldiers aren't good odds!"

"A great war is upon this land. I can sense it. Too busy with foreign affairs, they will care little about domestic. We'll build an army. I am a member of a mafia. I'm sure others of you have connections to criminal organizations" Detla Sprogena said.

"I know many assains." Asino Omide said.
"I quite the killer" Sordern Moddern pointed out.
"As well as I" Jack Scandel stated.
"I have access to a gang." Kiki Bonter
"I know countries and gangs that would help me." Donald Tirmer "Plus, I have a whole warehouse filled with bombs."
"I know some gangs that I've helped out." Bonnie Lisher stated "Not to mention the fact that I'm a master at capturing enemies"
"I'm already part of a terrorist organization" Deur Mercina remarked "So such an organization will only increase my numbers."
"I can come up with some quick cash" Mesara Countria slyly stated.
"I know some satanist that hate this nation" Sarah Coller noted.
"I'm a member of the neo-nazi alliance and KKK" Ebro Razz stated.
"I've done a couple of kidnappings before." Dan Hong stated "And murder."

"What do you say?" Detla Sprogena stated "I know you can contribue. Weren't you a protester against Fascism Returned"

"I was, but I never used violence or killed anybody!" Tim Protant shouted. "I will only harm my cause by joining murderers like you!"

"I watched the news. This nation killed these protesters. They were your friends, your allies! They were murdered unjustily. They put you in jail for protesting against the government. If you don't join us, you will die anyways, and the death of your friends will go unavenged. Violence can only be fought through more violence" Delta Sprogena stated heroiclly. "Besides, refuse to join us, we'll kill you right here and now." He stated pointing his gun towards him.

"I'll join" Tim Protant said, feeling compelled both by his words and the gun.

"Excellent! So the war begins."

"See what the ideology of this Ebro Razz is - is it compatible with the Iron Rule?"
"At once, mein Herr"

The following message was recieved by Ebro Razz through an old dead-drop used by the neo-Nazi group he was a member of:

Herr Razz,

It has come to our attention that you are intending to fight Fascism Returned head on, such a move is to commended.

You must be asking yourself who this is from, needless to say we share the ideology of Der Fuhrer and wish to wage war against the Zionists and Bolsheviks. We can help you rid this country of the Unclean

Come alone to Warehouse 73 in Industrial area B, near the docks. Come armed if you wish, but come alone

"Where the hell were you?" Bonnie Lisher asked Ebro Razz

"Bathroom" Ebro Razz replied.

"Now, we've got to come up with a list of demands." Delta Sprogena stated "Now I think that the two things we can all agree on is that we want our freedom and for Donkere to resign from the title of Emperor. And if he doesn't we assainate him. Anybody else demand something else."

"The end to cruel punishment." Deur Mercina stated "My entire family was killed, although they weren't involved with any crimes, to teach me a lesson. Deur began to cry. "And the conditions in that prison were terrible. We were whipped, starved, slashed, burned, and all types of torture!"

"Satanism should be legalized" Sarah Coller stated "As well as the end to an official religion."

"YOUR CRAZY!" Ebro Razz shouted "The establishment of the catholic church is the greatest thing ever. And you satanist deserve to die!"

With that remark Sarah Coller took out her gun and threatened to shot!

"STOP!" Tim yelled "We're fighting against the government, not each other. If we kill each other, the government will win. Now we'll form a compromise. Anyone non-catholic will create their own smaller seperate nation, while Fascism Returned will still have an established church."

Both appeared to be a bit angry at the resolution, but agreed firmly to it.

Delta smiled at Tim for ending the dispute. "Now anything else?"

"Democracy!" Tim yelled "Fascism will no longer exist, but instead, we will have checks and balances of power, with a ruler elected by the people."

"Alright, now that we've establshed our beliefs I will write up the document and you'll all sign it" Delta stated.

Razz walked away from the group, slowly and quietely, trying not to be noticed Democracy? A non-catholic state formed. Surely they don't expect me to fight for them. Razz followed the directions the letter stated.

As Razz entered the warehouse through a side entrance, the only door that wasn't bolted from the inside, no lights were on. Suddenly a bank of lights facing the door was switched on, temporarily blinding him.

A solitary female figure was standing in the middle of the empty room, dressed in the day-to-day uniform of the Skgorrian Storm Squad.
"Welcome Herr Razz" greeted the figure, remaining motionless and speaking in a warm yet commanding tone, "welcome indeed. My name is Major Braun and I am here to ask you one thing: what would you do with Fascism Returned if you had the power to do anything?" Some other figures were behind Major Braun, and they appeared to be armed with rifles.

Razz began to be a bit frightened. Armed or not these people would easily kill him either able. Perhaps it wasn't a good idea to come. "Well...." Razz studdered nervously "I would bring back religious spirtuality. I tell you, no more non-catholics, no more skipping church, no more science, and no more gays! Just the bible and the church! I'd establish myself as the religious figure of Fascism Returned as well as ruler!" Razz said getting less nervous and more enlightened as he finished his speech. Except after his speech he got a bit more nervous. He hoped he gave the right answer.

Major Braun clapped slowly "A lofty goal indeed, and in order to achieve it you'll need to rise to the top of this...organisation" she said as she hesitated as to what call the motley group of dissidents.

"We can help you take the lead of this group, but it would be wise to use their talents. However we'll need an excuse for you to take power and for the others to feel indebted to you - tell me, just how capable militarily are these neo-nazi groups you are affiliated with? Could they fight off an assault by police or army?"

Will, my neo-nazi organization contains only a bit over a thousand people but they aren't nearly good enough to meet military standards.But I'm sure that the others will have enough people to supply a good deal amount of soldiers, not to mention we have some of the greatest criminal minds of all time working for us, to train us.

"Alright, so our first action in fighting Skgorria is to show propoganda hate towards them!" Donkere stated "Our first step should to hold a huge funeral for Cardinal Richelieu III, costing us millions of nothings(currency in Fascism Returned). We'll make the Cardinal's death seem as tragedic and sad as possible, which will make Fascism Returned hate Skgorria even more. Than we'll show propoganda against Skgorria, which content such as
'Why would anybody kill such a holy man?', which would show Cardinal Richelieu III and 'Anyone who kills a Cardinal is a tratior to god' which will show a picture of a Skgorrian attacking Jesus."

Will, my neo-nazi organization contains only a bit over a thousand people but they aren't nearly good enough to meet military standards.But I'm sure that the others will have enough people to supply a good deal amount of soldiers, not to mention we have some of the greatest criminal minds of all time working for us, to train us.

"Criminals know nothing of the harshness of war!" snapped Major Braun, clearly angry. "They cannot help you at all to prepare for the rigours of combat. However", she paused, "my SS men and women can. We can supply, we can train. What I suggest is this: Skgorria will supply and train your militia in secret, then you will inform upon some of your criminal associates to the state authorities. When the Police or Military arrive, your militia luckily turns up and fights off the authorities, allowing them to escape and placing your associates in your debt."

"A sound plan Major" voiced one of the silhoutted figures.

"We are prepared to infiltrate over a hundred military trainers, and can get you decent weapons. Military grade of course, not this off-the-shelf consumer crap" continued Braun. "What say you, Razz?"
