If it's RP'd well, there's no problem with it.... after all, in the grand scheme of things, countries of that size in RL wouldn't have, or had, nukes, namely the RSA and Israel.

OOC: Of course, this begs the question of why Griffencrest would use *ahem* hostile takeover tactics against this particular country. Unless, of course, he already started doing so, but then this announcement would be a little behind the times...
