LifeWyze CosmetiCare Facilities are the latest creation of the LifeWyze Biological Technology Corporation. Each one has 10 surgeons, 200 nurses, 50 anesthetists and 150 administrative staff. They are capable of performing any type of costmetic surgery from rhinoplasty to breast implants, from penis enlargement to skin grafts.
If your government believes that such a facility would prove a success, then contact LifeWyze today. CosmetiCare Facilities can charge patients as individuals or receive government subsidies.

Due to the high success of your other facilities within Maraque, we'd be interested in constructing one facility each in all of our major cities. We wish to establish 21 facilities, with the option of more later if they prove successful.

Unfortunately due to the nature of the MediCare and PharmCare facilities, it is impracticle to build simply one of these structures. It would be far more worth while for us to establish ten MediCare Facilities within this city and one hundred PharmaCare Outlets, however one EduCare Center and one CosmetiCare Facility is acceptable.
Kindly inform us whether this is acceptable. Should you agree, it would be appreciate if you arranged the procurement of land and the arrangement of building services. We shall reimburse you for any expenditure upon construction completion.

In any other circumstances, such a transaction would be wonderful. However, for ideological reasons, the Horde of Doom cannot go on with such a transaction UNLESS the facilities we procure would be under a franchiese liscense, rather then under direct control of the LifeWyze Biological Technology Corporation. However, if such a thing is possible, we shall agree.
Only our PharmaCare Outlets operate on a franchise basis. The MediCare Facilities, CosmetiCare Facilities and EduCare Centers are all run directly by the LifeWyze HealthCare Division.

That is acceptable. The EduCare facilities have been also given land, adjacent to each CosmetiCare facility.
