As the course of events of the universe ever shifts from the older races to the younger one, those of the older races have to realize that they will not be able to keep isolated forever. In result the Eternals have decided to open a fourth world to the other races of the universe in the hopes that relations with them will become better and friendlier. As well this world is desired to be a place where people may openly discuss with Eternals or different peoples.
The world being one of the Eternals was cared for by the Eternals to be one of great beauty and a world of light. This was done by importing plants created by the Eternals that were of great beautiful and generated a silver light when there is little sunlight. As well most of the world was covered with undisturbed forests, plains, rivers, lakes, and oceans that were not polluted at all. Yet though the world contained many valuable resources the Eternals did not delve for them out of fear of harming the natural environment.
The planet had only one major city and a few outlying towns as most of the Eternals preferred a lifestyle where they wondered the world freely not bound to one place of residence. The city and towns of the planet, like all major Eternal settlements, were built of a gold like substance which was not worn down by the passing of time or by any regular natural events. As well, the city was laid out in a artistic like pattern and was filled with gardens.
