some nation sends a probe to a far off galaxy and finds a race gaints that are about 95 feet tall and have frigates that are 20 miles long. they would use SW tech in the sense that they have use turbolasers for handheld weapons. they will use other weapons such as gamma ray burst cannons for their ship borne weapons.

anylosses here will not be counted agianst you. Any losses will not be translated into the normal FT realm.

i am in means any forces no matter where i got them now i can send them here and it does not effect me

for example if i contol my forces and this new race they and i have my 4th, and 5th fleet completely destroyed it will not count in the rest of the FT NS universe.

well in a matter of speaking yes. you use your forces no matter where they are. if you are lossing ships in another RP it does not count here, or if you are at war and your forces are put at the level they were before the war.
