The nation of Beiraq finally stepped out from the isolationist policy it had been under for years. Beiraq has the ability to pump out 12million barrrels of oil per day. We need someone to portect us, so that people do not try and take our oil.

Beware of Griffincrst, that company has been known to start wars jsut to obtain oil form other countries. Do not be hasty in letting him at your oil. However, do not be hasty about denying him either.

The Capitalist Republic of No Taxes would be more than happy to give your nation protection. We have a medium-sized professional army that could protect your nation, and a very large arms manufacturing industry that could provide your nation with weapons. Perhaps we could send our foreign minister, Friedmann Wolf to your nation to discuss some sort of agreement. We would also like to exchange embassies if that is suitable.

We would gladly dedicate our navy to the protection of your trade routes concerning the flow of oil.
