The Forces of Dephire plan to call a retalliation strike against Blackhelm.

Their Reasons:

1) They assaulted Allied Territory
2) They invaded Allied Territory
3) They attacked Dephirian Forces
4) They murdered vasts amounts of people.

These attacks will be swift and brutal.

Any factor whom wants to join the cause, say "Aye!"

Blackhelm. You were in strict violation of our agreements to be allies.
