A Large Boeing 747 flew over Blackhelm's nation. Inside, it carried two men from TPF's Justice Department. They have come to bring overwhelming evidence to the Challencor of GriffinCrest's treason. The plane started its landing.

Two men were waiting with a limosine at the airport for the TPF entourage.

The men stepped off the plane.
" Greetings Sirs, how are you this evening?" said John Murbeck Special Agent and leader of the two men.

"We are fine, this way gentlemen" one said, opening the door to the limo.

" Thank you." John replied, sitting inside.
" I am John Murbcek, Special Agent for The Peoples Freedom Justice Department. This is my co-worker, Special Agent Tex Ridden."
" Howdy, Folks." said Ridden

The man nodded, and they all got onto the freeway going towards the city

Jhon and Tex Relaxed and started eating their lunch.

The limo soon came up to the palace, and they were greeted by General Blueshield at the door.

John and Tex stepped out.
" Hello Sir, We are the delegates for The Peoples Freedom."

The General extended his hand, and lead the two men through the massive oak doors into the palace. Soon, the men were ascending a massive spiral staircase, leading to the Imperial Spire, a massive tower high above the city. It is not quite as big as some of the newer skyscrapers downtown, but it was still big. Inside, Chancellor Blackhelm sat behind a mahogany desk, filing through some papers. He was an older man, still handsome, with slicked back silver hair and a powerful air about him. A look at him would be able to tell most that he has been in politics for some time. He was imposing and welcoming at the same time.

" Hello, Chancellor Blackhelm, We are the Agents from The Peoples Freedom, My name is John Murbeck, and this is my co-worker, Tex Ridden. We trust you are doing well and are in fair health.

"Good evening gentlemen, I am, thank you" he said, as he got up from his desk and extended his right hand towards the men.

Each of the men took it and smiled.
" I assume you know why we are here." said John

"Unfortunatly I do. But you see, Griffincrest currently employs nearly 10% of my nation. It will take some serious evidence of wrongdoing in order for me to just imprison Mr. Griffincrest.

" We assure you we have enough of that."

"Go on.." he said skeptically

" You have haerd of the Wars in Laytag, Four Corners, and New Ireland, I presume."
" Your corperation had a hand in a 3 of those wars, and in 2 of the 3 were the main agressor."
" There are also numerous other nations that were threatend by GriffinCrest"

"Well, I do not know of Four Corners, but in New Ireland I have been told that some kind of security detail is there to protect corporate interests, and Latyaq I believe Griffincrest is defending oil fields, am I wrong?"

" Four Corners was attacked Solely by Griffincrest for it's oil.
" The New Ireland is a cover story."
" Finally in Laytag, GriffinCrest helped to defeat the insurgency but after turned on Scandicans and the Legal Government, Soley for the purpose of securing oil and land."

"Give me a minute, to call Mr. Griffincrest and straighten this out" he said. He then picked up the phone and dialed a number. "Yes, hello, Claudius? Yes, I have some men saying some pretty bad things about you in my office, I'll put you on speaker"

John and Tex looked at each other. This could get a little hairy.

"Well go on, tell him" the Chancellor said. "Yes, go on, tell me" hissed the sly sounding voice over the phone.

" You know excatly what you did."
" We have overwhelming evidence"

John moved closer to the phone so his voice could be heard better.

"Well let us see your...evidence"

John was now near to the phone.

" Would you like us to show your fine leader your surrender document from Four Corners?"

"I don't believe you have one, as our agreement to withdraw teams sent to study the backwards ways of their society and to research ways to increase oil production were with Wanderjar"

" We all have copies."
OCC: thats standard with all formal surrenders.

"You have copies of my agreement to pull out anthropologists and oil researchers? Fantastic"

"Here."
-pulls out the copy and gives to Blackhelm-

It said something like, I reconize when im beatin and I agree to pay one billion dollars to the Four Corners

We wish to make a deal with you. We pay the four corners 1 billion dollars, a massive sum for them, and withdraw our soldiers. In return, all hostilities between us are ended. Also, we will pay you an additional 1 billion dollars to make deals in the future.

"Allow me to explain" Griffincrest said. "I used the word 'soldiers' because as you know, I employ mercenaries for most tasks, so this would be no different. Not only this, but sending anthropolgists into primitive society is not a good idea, so we sent in protection for them as well. The GASN declared war on poor grounds, assuming that we were there to subjugate, not assist, and never gave us sufficient time to explain our motives."

"How do you explain 70,000 Mercs attacking the Capitol City and not, I repeat not, in a defensive action"

"70,000, I did not send near that many, Chancellor, that is lunacy, i do not even have near that in my security force. I will fax you a copy of my payroll now"

A paper soon came through, showing a payroll, only 15,000 men on security

" Our intellgience estimate." John said, handing it over to Blackhelm

carrying 75,000 men, 800 Mercury's, 2000 RG-20's, and 250 G8's. In minutes, they hit shore and began unloading.

"Claudius, explain this" the Chancellor said sternly.
"He is lying Lucius. Do you know how many people he is speaking of. It is ridiculous. I demand fyrther evidence other than 'intelligence estimates'"
"I agree, did your forces take casualties?"

- John hands him Sattlite photos of the main forces-

" We did 1,112 Soldiers, Airmen, Sailors, and Marines"

"This is a large number of men, all killed by bullets?"

"Various Methods."

OOC: I killed sailors?

" The ones in the planes, the James Bond, torpedos."

OOC: I thought I hit Wanderjar

"You see Chancellor, the sailors were killed when we saw them as a threat and opened fire from a ship offshore. It was a spy ship, yes, but it was being used to keep in contact with men on shore"

" You really Believe him? The evidence is overwhelming."

"What about the other two locations?"

"What about them, They did the same thing? Hell doing it once should be unacceptable."

"Indeed it is, but can you prove he was there to conquer the nation?"

" With Laytag I can, with Toopaxican I cant, but I assume he would turn on them just liek he did with laytag"

"I AM SAVING LATYAQ!!" Claudius roared over the phone. "The Latyaqi government was killing its own people. The opressive regime was supporting the rebels in order to build his own military and increase foreign aid! A spy in the government sold me that information, and I attacked to protect the people."

OCC: really?

"No, you went in to aid the government and destroy the rebels. Good. then you turned and attacked Laytaq and Scandivans. Bad.

OOC: No, but i will finish this tomorro

I had recieved a message that had been sent to to Four Corners telling them that the Griffincrest Corporation would send Mercenaries to claim the oil supplies.


I hope this evidence is enough.
