OOC: This thread is only to be used for the war between Albu-querque and Foamy the Almighty (and any others in the Mucro region).

The first attempt at peace by Albu-querque was done on:

but Foamy failed to communicate.

Albu-querque, after being ignored for too long, declared war on Foamy the Almighty.

Albu-querque is red, Foamy the Almighty is puke colored, Famousia is Yellow, Errikland is green, Aitchimg is brown, disputed is dark gray, and misc is light gray

Earlier today, after waiting patiently at the border, the Foreign Minister stormed back to Vihenno (capitol of Albu-querque). After a long discussion with Kurt Yager, a report was given on ENN to inform the region of the looming war:

“My fellow Querqs,” said Egon Berger-Waldenegg, “After failing to discuss the situation, the “unfit” rulers of Foamy the Almighty has left this country with no further choice of action, but to fight for what is right!”


(Day after-morning) The order was given to proceed with the invasion code-named “Operation Stocking Panther (Step 1 in ‘Operation Panther Strike’).”

The first wave was sent, composing of one million Querqian basic infantry, Mountaineers and several dozen medium and heavy sized tanks to set up base several miles across the border.

So you are declaring war under Article IV Section 1, and it is up to members to declare their stance.

The official stance of the Errikan Empire is to remain neutral, but to continue to trade, particularly with military supplies, with both sides. We would like to request that Albu-querque recognizes all Errikans as neutral and, accordingly, does not take any actions that would directly endanger life or limb of uninvolved Errikans, such as bomb Weapson factories in Foamy territory.

The previous stance of the Errikan Empire stands.

Here's some numbers for the war.

Albu-querque has a population of 353 million, as compared to Foamy's 238 million. That provides him with some advantage, but Foamy spends $129,805,729,098.47 USD on his military as compared to $34,523,282,278.48 USD for Albu-querque. Plus, Albu-querque has about 1,033,075 troops elsewhere.

Additionally, Albu-querque has a major advantage in that he is the one moving, deciding when and where the battles are to be fought. Foamy's advantage consists of fighting on the home front, in territory that his people have lived on for centuries. However, Albu's commanders and troops have fought in modern warfare, whereas Foamy's commanders and troops have not.

So here's how it breaks down: Albu has 115 million more people to recruit from at home, but already has 1 million people away, while Foamy spends $95,282,446,819.99 more on the military than Albu, but his forces are not as experienced in modern warfare.

The news of war spread like wild fire throughout Jaymeland and many began to wonder what their nations stance would be. It was quickly answered by the President's televised news statement later that night.


"As a member nation and co-founder of MIA, I, Jaymes Heinnman, President of Jaymeland have decided to officially join the war on the side of Albu-querque. I will not stand for or tolerate the abuse which has been endured by the Querq's. Too long has Foamy's government abused their power and now it is time for it to end. As we speak, Jaymeland's I-2 Strike fighters* and S-4 Long Range Tactical Bombers* are destroying roads, bridges, eletrical stations, military installations, and government buildings throught out Foamy's region. Jaymeland's Elite Rangers have been deployed in specific areas throughout the region in order to disable the enemy's military capabilities. May fortune shine upon us and God bless Jaymeland"

After the address the nation felt a feverent wave of nationalism and readied itself for war.

* The I-2 Strike Fighter is almost identical to the F-15 except it has dual Pratt and Whitney turbo thrust engines, making it faster and more manueverable. It is the same model used by Israel beth Israel's Air Force.

*The S-4 Long Range Tactical Bomber is a duplicate of the B-52. It is also manufactured and used by Israel beth Israel's Air Force.

My generals and other advisors are currently drawing up battle plans and scenarios and will gladly coordinate the effort with your government.

I have also begun negotiations with Elisar ben Yaweh, Prime Minister of Israel beth Israel, on the possibility of joining our coalition. Though as of right now his stance remains neutral.

In a speech released to the public and to the government of Albu-querque. JDOD officials had this to say:

"After about 24 hours of aerial bombardment most of the main power stations have been knocked out, though secondary stations still provide power to important industrial and military sites. Foamy's infrastructure is in shambles due to the wide spread destruction of roads and bridges throughout the country. Foamy's AA guns and SAM sites have been almost completely destroyed in the north though many remain in the southern region. Missle and Air strikes have targeted key government officials but no names can be released as of yet. Most of Foamy's infantry are beggining to dig in around major urban centers and there is a growing possibilty of urban combat."

Daily reports will be posted on the effects of the air war by the JDOD.

OOC: Two problems. First off, he isn't active on the thread and we can't wait for him to respond seeing as he didn't respond to the first thread created or TG's.

Second, If we were to go ahead and do this without him, we would need a moderator to tell us how much damage was being done. What I am suggesting is that we will announce our intentions. You tell us how effective it is based off the information given. (type of attack, money spent on military, population, weather, etc.)

Otherwise I think we should just go ahead and do it. I have made it as realistic as possible and haven't given my troops any severe or unwarranted advantages.

To make things easier, I have brought together the numbers for all who can be involved in this war as of today (according to NStracker). To be fair to those who have already had their numbers posted, I think that these numbers (including those for those who have already posted) should be the official numbers for this war.

The first number is how much the nation spends on the military in United States Dollars (eventually, all numbers will be in Errikan Marks), and the second number is total population.

With the new funding from the Errikans purchase of some of our Arterus land, the soldiers' rations were doubled and were fully restocked. With morality at a new high, the men were fierclly excited for some action.

A second chance has been given to the nation of Foamy to nagotiate, but the Querqian forces will not be pulled back, depending on the result. The Foreign Minister, after a long debate, has been convinced to try once more.

Also, the new funding has helped the possibility of launching [Clasified], depending on the results of the 'possible' nagotiations.

Well since he has still not replied and my government is not currently involved in negotiations, airstrikes will continue.

He has been hit for about a week now.

Negotiations with Israel have ended and they have decided to stay militarily neutral however they are financially and politically supporting the coalition's efforts.

After a week of waiting for a response, Foreign Minister Egon Berger-Waldenegg was fed up and had to be ordered to continue to await a response. We must give the nation of Foamy a chance (no matter how many we give them).
Even though we still plan to nagotiate, we take our word very dearly and must continue the attack as planned. Because things have not gone as planned, Head of Military Intelligence Eduar Baar-Baarenfels has put forth his "Plan B" for the war before the the government. A decision will be met very shortly, as many scenerios will be thought out.

OOC: I've put this off for far too long. I have given Foamy So many chances to respond, and still nothing. I know I cant "officialy" say I win till he responds, but I'm still going to launch every thing I got!!! :headbang:

After much debate over which of the top plans the Querqian military will continue "Operation Panther Strike," they have decided to move forward and force nagotiations upon Foamy, no matter how much of their people must die; no matter how much of their land will be taken; compassion is no longer an option; that is, unless the pledge their loyalty to the USSA.

Those who want peace and a better life, out of that capitalist hell-hole, they will be escorted to our refugee housing locations and provided whith whatever they need: food, clothing, education, etc.

"Jaymeland is currently stepping up the number and intensity of airstrikes in the south. Jaymeland continues its airstrikes in the north, though, they have become more tactical now." says General Georg Zimmer in a press conference

"We have also begun to launch a series of missle strikes in order to cause havoc in the urban areas and to avoid casualties. We hope the missles will force Foamy's government into submission before more of his people are killed."

In another press conference held in the capital later that evening, Press Secetary Hans Schweinstager said "About 5,000 Air Force reserves have also been activated and put on alert incase of counter-attack by Foamy's military. They will most likely be sent to the front to relieve troops currently running around the clock missions in Foamy's territory."

"Mobile artillery units have been called up to the border possibly to support the Querq's land invasion of Northern Foamy," reports Tim Schumacher in the Jaymeland Times. His article suggests that Jaymeland's forces maybe be cooperating with Querqian forces in their strategic bombardment as to avoid friendly fire casualties when the land invasion begins.
