Admiral Eugen von Austerlitz was eating his lunch in bridge of Kriegsmarine cruiser Eisenberg. Scientific officer von Gottlieb stepped to bridge, and owed. "The warp pod is installed, my lord. Shall we launch it?" Admiral said. "Permission of Führer is given, so execute his order." Gottlieb took his microphone and orderd. "Launch the warp pod immediately." Technical officer Kohler pressed the switch, and Eisenberg and another cruiser Eberhardt disapperead slowly.

After 32 hours, they appeared again. "Our coordinates, dear Gottlieb?" Austerlitz asked. "I.. I can't believe this... they are same than where we left from. What happened to us during these 32 hours?" "Gottlieb, your name, love of god, is leading us to false compromises; the love of god is not upon us." admiral answered and threw his stahlhelm towards wall at his rage. "But something has happened. Reichstadt Freudburg has been disapperead from the solar system, all planets seem to be deserted, or covered with completely different habitation, and our contacts to Berlin are lost. It seems we have warped in to alternate universe, where the triumph of Axis to throne of galaxy is gone differently, or not even happened." "Fascinating. Send few probes to search the area, if your theory is correct." "Ja, mein Lord!" Gottlieb answered, and left the room.

Aboard the Vaalite listening post Inquisitor-359

"Hm, have you ever seen anything like this, Polovnik?" a young crewmember asked Colonel Nuvol, the commander of the station.

"Show me," he ordered in a gruff voice, Nuvol did not like to be interrupted.

The young man, who looked like he had just come from basic training, typed the command in slowly. The large blip appeared again on a secondary viewscreen, emitting strange frequencies rippling outward. It almost looked like a VL-Space portal, but it seemed too small for one. The small listening post has picked this signal up very clearly, as it was specificly designed to watch for these kinds of events from it's location inside a glowing blue nebula.

"I'll call it in, good work ner'vod," Nuvol said, the enlisted man seemed glee for his first discovery. The childlike man's expression sapped Nuvol's patience.

Nuvol went to his station in the middle of the busy workcenter and called the sighting in for a scout warship to be sent. He also added a "Possibly Inter-Dimensional" tag to the communique, just in case. The Colonel sipped his contraband alcoholic beverage, which he had hidden extremely well. The brew was nicknamed Vaalka, after the old Russian mixture, vodka. It tasted basicly the same, but Nuvol appreciated that the smell of alcohol was lacking from this beverage. He smiled, perhaps this discovery would snag him the promotion he needed to escape this desolate assignment.

OOC to Kirisubo: We come from mirror universe, where the Axis won the second world war, and gained domination over the globe

Eberhardt pulled itself back to Die Milchstrasse. Von Gottlieb immediately opened connections to nearest Reich outpost, what was Freudburg. "We have discovered alternate universe with warp pod. Shall we begin colonization of new galaxy, and recruit volunteers?"

Markgraf of Freudburg was sleeping, and was awaken by beeping from communicator device. He opened the device, and listened the message of scientific officer of Eisenberg, now of Eberhardt. "Dear Gottlieb, this is going to need the permission of NSDAP. I'll contact Berlin immediately."

On the Newly Commissioned RCVF Audacity, Crimson Vaalite Attack Frigate

Ship Master Valisy Stalislav watched as the crew made the final preparations for a VL-Space jump. The co-ordinates had been fed from the Central Sciences Agency in his home country, not a rare occurrence, but the reports that he had been given proved to be slightly interesting.

Stalislav tensed, a ship the size of his occasionally had an extremely turbulent transmission into VL-Space, previously unknown in the larger arsenal of the Royal Navy. This time, luckily, the ship opened the portal and was grasped gently by large black tendrils. These pulled the ship into the red void. The Ship Master relaxed, perhaps this would be an interesting trip. He again returned to the files that the CSA had given him to read. The last note was orders from the High Command, strange how they would be interested in an event such as a distortion. He read the orders, they seemed to be slightly worried, as the orders were crisp and to the point: "If unknown ships are encountered, you are hereby ordered to call immediately and without hesitation for larger tonnage support". HighCom was always sick to their stomachs about losing ships, and had therefore designed their ships to be virtually unstoppable.

Stalislav's ship, however, was foreign made, part of a defense pact made with three other countries. Reaching a length of 572 meters, it was tiny in comparison to even a scout destroyer in the Vaalite arsenal. Stalislav always frowned upon the use of such large ships; it was seemingly a gigantic waste of resources.

He looked at the jump ETA timer, ten more seconds; he could see the portal opening at the far side of the tunnel. And with it, the red portal appearing in an as yet unexplored system.

This is Colony of Spiegel Wolf 359, under sovereign rule of Das Reich. We are opening connections to civilizations of your galaxy, different copy of ours.

Our civilization is Das Globales Reich, our capital being planet Erde (Earth).
We come from different dimension, where the Axis and NSDAP form the major power in galaxy. We salute the civilizations of Spiegel Milchstrasse. (Mirror Milky Way)

Colony of Spiegel Wolf 359:

Spiegel Wolf 359, copy of Wolf 359 system of Milchstrasse, consists from three planets, populated with six million colonists, including 120.000 Schutzstaffel (protective squadron) combatants placed to system, including 20.000 Maschinell Schutzstaffels (Mechanized protective squadron).

an Imperial Kirisuban exploration ship warped into the sector hoping to find more than comets this time.

The Hokkaido (NX-05), a Kagemon class ship was commanded by Samurai-Captain Mariko Toda and cautiously they scanned the area.

on the slighly darkened bridge the all female officers wore basically the same uniform with the Red vest top, the black skirt which went to the knee and knee high boots. Sometimes they wore black breeches as well. there was space for the honour dagger in the boots and most of the crew carried a sword. they also had compact plasma pistols.

rank was marked with black and silver pips on the vest and the comm badge was a planet with a crossed Katana's over it also in silver.

Captain Toda has insisted on an all female crew and got it since she had some pull with the high command.

She recognised the familiar lines of the Sephrion ship since they had intermittant contact with the Sephrion Empire. the others she wasn't quite sure about.

ooc: the alternate universe Kirisubo never lost its homeworld and maintained the old ways of the samurai class which should make for an interesting RP experience.

The crew have given absolute loyality to their captain and disobedience or disloyalty is usually severly punished. they live and die at their commanders word.

The ship has a cloaking device which makes up for its lack of weapons compared to other races. they have 5 plasma assisted phaser cannons which have indepentant targeting systems and 5 plasma torpedo tubes forward.

Onboard the RCVF Audacity

"Coming out of VL-Space in three, two, one.." the helm officer said as he braced against his station.

'Master Stalislav also braced, locking his knees around his command chair. The Audacity left VL-Space with relative ease, a small luxury in Stalislav's eyes.

The Ship Master quickly asked for preliminary sensor sweeps and the monitoring of possible communications. Words flashed across the display in real time, giving a constant update of the situation.

"Put up a visual, please," he ordered.

"Gathering the information... done," the sensor and awareness officer said.

Stalislav counted two ships in system, which meant he was under orders to contact additional support. One of the ships did not seem to be a warship, but the Sephiron-classed vessel did. Stalislav also considered the fact that this could be a peaceful mission, just to investigate the spacial distortion.

"Sir, we are recieving communications. Give me a moment for proper translations."

The young female officer tapped the controls, and piped the feed directly to the Ship Master's station. He read them over, the story being quite strange. An alternate universe? Stalislav had heard about reports of the possibility of these, but the notion still left him floored. He quickly checked his position, right in the middle of nothing, exposed.

"Power up weapons, just in case. Get me a proper channel open, attempt to match the frequency, and put up a nice visual for them to look at," Stalislav ordered. He stood up, smoothing over invisible creases in his deep red uniform.

This is Ship Master Valisy Stalislav of the Crimson Vaalite ship; RCVF Audacity. We have detected a strange occurance and have deemed the arrival of the Das Globales Reich ship to be its cause. Our Government wishes to know the intent of your mission. Stalislav out.

The transmission was cut and sent on it's way. The more he thought about it, the more this situation seemed to bother him. Unknown ships were one thing, but having travelled from a different universe was quite another.

He scratched his dark brown hair. First Contact missions of any kind were considered by most to be the most difficult, and sometimes the most dangerous.

The RCVF Audacity

"Sir, we are receiving two responses, piping it through now," the woman Comm. officer said in a delicate voice.

'Master Stalislav watched as a handsome woman, probably in her late twenties, and their racial look appeared to be similar one he had seen before. Another notion was that the female captain's crew, at least the command crew, was entirely female. Stalislav pondered. The ship that had sent this particular transmission had not shown up on sensors, meaning that they were talented at retaining a good cloak even during visual transmission. Cloaking technology was probably possible for his ship, but the Vaalite government had neither the will nor the research for it.

After Stalislav watched the emssage twice, he ordered the next to be put up. The message happened to have a command error, which puzzled Stalislav.

"Crewman?"

"Sorry, sir. There appears to be an error in this transmission, either their visual malfunctioned, our receptor for visual malfunctioned, or there was no visual to begin with. Audio is still intact, sir," came the worried reply.

"Put it on."

The message played, and a man with an interesting accent identified himself, and addressed the Ship Master by full name and rank. Stalislav also made a mental note that the ship had also came from a different dimention, with different possible history. Stalislav pondered, the other ship had not answered his transmission, and were now to be considered a possible threat. They could be peaceful, they could not be. Stalislav left his weapons charged, just in the case of an emergency. He also prepared a communication to New Sparta, the region his country was located in. Perhaps his allies would also catch the distress call, if he sent it.

"Interesting, let us take a closer look at the Eisenberg. I want detailed scans and if they have weapons, and attempt to get a fix on where the other ship is. Weapons, get preliminary firing solutions on the Sephiron ship, should it appear hostile, shoot it down," Slatislav ordered his crew. He was answered by a series of "Yessir"s and the crew got to work.

-(OOC:)- If your ship is indeed NOT cloaked, then that is my mistake. I didn't see if it was cloaked or not, so I wrote on the assumption that it was.

"We seem to be popular in this dimension, mein herr." Krüger commented. "Also Sephrioth have opened communication with us." Austerlitz took gulp of beer, and thinked. "Phew, our colonial territory is being crowded, but we must be ready for possible hostility. Activate the weapon systems, and open communications also to Sephrioth officers.."

"Greetings, captain of Acendant Joy. We are the Das Globales Reich, from planet Erde of Milchstrasse-galaxy, located in different universe. We come to your world in peace. The RSV Dominion deactivated its jumpdrive and reverted to real space outside the system known as Wolf 359. It had been a long time since a Rashari had been in the home galaxy. The Republic of Rashari was reaching out to the known galaxies to establish diplomatic relations with the nations in power. For too long had Rashari Prime been xenophobic and feared what the ancestors had left, war and fear, plagues and death, and most of all the greed that had enslaved known space in the endless cycle of war. The Dominion was a Commander class cruiser built to be a large multipurpose starship capable of combat, exploration and diplomatic roles.

"Ensign, open a comms channel to Wolf 359", the Captain said. The ensign nodded and the captain began speaking";

"This is Captain Tanis of the Rashari Republic. We appologize for any intrusion on you space. I am on a mission to reestablish contact with the home galaxy and opening diplomatic relations with interested nations. Please respond."

All the crew could do was wait and scan nearby space.

"Sir, sensors show two other vessels in the area. One is showing an aggressive posture, the other is to far out of range to tell", said the tactical officer.

"Raise shields, resend the message to those vessels as well. Keep an eye on the hostile ship, inform me of any change."

Is it possible, that national socialists are not controlling galaxy by germans? "And if you have any information how history of Das Globales Reich has developed in alternate history, inform it to us."

Technological officer of Bismarck, Hans Bauer, was scanning the Sephrioth ship. "Mein herr, weapons of Sephriot ship are prepared. They seem hostile." "Inform immediately to Engel, Bismarck and Spiegel Wolf, and prepare our missile systems."

"Commander of Sephrioth ship. Your weapons are prepared, and so are ours. Remember, you are located on sovereign Reich territory. We do not want heavy destroyers prepared to battle in our system. Submit to this, or be detonated."

This week's Ops officer swung round in his chair. "A ship just dropped in from warp."

"Well this is the gist of the Rashari people history", Togan took a sip of his water and began. "The Republic of Rashari is formed out of ten colonies that fifty years ago were annexed by our nation during the peak of its imperialist age. These colonies were settled by humans looking to get away from the war and conflict that has plagued the terrain empires for millinia, over a two hundred years ago. We maintain a large standing military to counter possible threats from hostile colonial power that will soon be coming to our region of space and possible hostile alien powers in unknown space. Recently our government started a large scale exploration program to map out neighboring space-faring worlds. Our curiousity has led us to form a government to help keep the peace in what we call this region of space the Amacore Galactic Cluster. The nations of Solarasluma and Aerospace Forces are our allies, and co-founders of the AGC government. Our nations people fear of the coming storm of nations or xenophobehia has caused us to look for allies that can help us ensure our independance and ease our people back into communication with our estranged peoples."

Mariko nodded as she listened and when Captain Togan had finished she replied "The Imperial world of New Kirisubo originated on Earth but we even took our Imperial family with us when we settled the New Kirisubo system 300 years ago.

We rebuilt the empire on a world of our own and as well as terraforming our moon and building asteroid colonies we've maintained contact with the outside universe with the exploration fleet.

If the Sephrions were bothering to watch their sensor screens, they would have spotted something deeply unsettling. Just as they started communicating with the Kirisubans, a small pyramidal onject began to break through the barriers of time and space, materialising a mere ten metres from the hull of the typically showy Sephrion warship.
The pyramidal object was 3x3x3 metres, and a rusted bronze colour, and had obviously seen better days. Fairly soon after appearing, the ship began sending a message to nobody in particular. A video of a fairly young looking man with an uneasy look on his face.

Aboard the RCVF Audacity

Ship Master Stalislav blinked his sullen eyes in the dim room that he called home. The 'Master glanced at the time, he had slept for longer than he had predicted, he wrote it off as stress. Stalislav quickly dressed in fatigues and ambled towards his storage container, which was packed with reports on datapads. He grunted and took the pile of plastics to his table, and scattered them across, organizing acording to relevence.

One 'pad struck a nerve in Stalislav, it was titled: "The New Order, a New Begining". He opened the file and quickly read through the news reports and the military reaction. There was a so-called violent uprising against the Kreich? The notion seemed impossible. The officer sat, dumbfounded, until he was interrupted by the ping from the door.

"Come," he said, attempting to gather himself.

"Sir, I've come to discuss my report, I think you've seen it by the look on your face," said his second, Commander Telema Rogelin. The female officer stood over him, watching his movements carefully, looking deeply saddened by something.

"What did you really come for, Commander?"

"Sir, it is with great reluctance that I have assumed command of this vessel."

"Excuse me?"

Stalislav glared at the woman who stood across the table from him. He watched as she drew her pistol. He fumbled to get away, but it was too late. The Commander adjusted and fired, leaving a smoking hole in Stalislav's chest. She closed her eyes, shooting men in cold blood was not exactly her goal, but it was needed to control this ship. She turned and left, locking the door so that none could enter.

What she missed however, was the button the former Ship Master had pressed before his career was cut short.

Communications Relay Station Omega, in Orbit Around Nu Vaal

"Sir, we have an automated signal coming from a Kobol-Vaal ship," said the experienced communication officer.

"Which?"

"It's the Audacity, sir. It is a code seven."

"A mutiny?"

"That's right sir. Better get on the horn to the Big Man."

"Right."

The relay station quickly sent the message back to the High Command, who in turn sent the message to a ship assigned to local defence. The gears started to turn, and a ship was organized and set into motion.

A single D-Frigate, the RCVF Red Cascade, moved to the edge of the system. The D-Frigate, reaching 1,425 meters was an impressive Kobol-made ship, even mounting a lone S-Yamato Cannon. The ship neared the edge of the system, and it would respond to the plight of it's rebellious and smaller sister ship.

Aboard the Muntineer Ship Audacity

"Ma'am, I am detecting sensor echoes from multiple jump events, probably around 30 ships have entered the system. I have also detected weapons fire, conventional and energy," said the new tactical officer.

"Are we in a position to lend aid?" Rogelin asked blandly.

"No, wait a minute. VL-Space rupture appearing near the edge of the system, getting information," the man said with a worried look on his face.

Rogelin didn't need a report, the ship came through, right into visual range.

"Damn it, looks like we won't get far today, ladies and gentlemen."

**** *** *** ****

Aboard the Kobol-Vaal Ship Red Cascade

Captain Malak Revan had calculated his jump almost perfectly. Two jumps, one to the area outside the system, and the other into it, had worked. The Red Cascade now stood right in weapons range.

"Target their weapons and engines, and fire at will."

"Targeting engines and weapons, aye, firing."

The front of the Red Cascade exploded in a fury of missiles and a single shot from the S-Yamato Cannon. The angry red blob impacted the main engine cluster, instantly destroying it. The missiles exploded against the hull, answered by secondary explosions from the missiles cooking off inside the magazines. The Audacity now floated dead in space, the muntineers could be captured later by a troop vessel. Revan checked the time, the salvo had taken a mere 24 seconds.

"Sir, picking up additional contacts, we register that at least 25 ships are present in the system. Reports also show that there has been recent weapons fire."

"Strange, pump additional energy to recharging the Yamato, reload missile tubes and send a global message across the system, audio only."

"Aye, sir, channel open."

The small shuttle sat hidden in the depths of space, emitting nothing. She was, so to say, dead in the water. Her electronics were disengaged, she was painted a deep, absorbing black, and she was fitted with several advanced pieces of passive and active countermeasures, rendering her invisible from nearly every form of detection apparatus yet conceived. Yes, she floated in the vastness of space, waiting, and watching. Her crew was intently fixated on the glowing screen in front of them. Observing in a quiet silence.

The silence was broken with the thick, accented voice. “Eh essay, what the fuck is up with that hombre, man?”

“No idea, man… I thought he fucked her sister, man, I mean, isn’t Ridge his kid?”

The third man quickly quipped, “No man, Ridge is her father. I told you that yesterday, man.” He slapped the second man across the back of the head.

He reeled forward, absorbing the light impact, “You know how hard it is for me to keep my attention on this, I mean, it changes every minute, man.”

The two others shook their heads and said, in unison, “No excuse man… No excuse.” The third happened to glance up and catch a view outside through a porthole. He quickly tapped the other two on their shoulders, “Hermano, man, look at that! Is that our target?”

Lighting up, the first man, now identified as Eduardo Gonzalez, quickly exclaimed, “SI! Si! Battlestations! VAMOS!” He pushed himself off from the bulkhead and with a flick of his right hand, shut off the television playing reruns of “The Young and the Restless”. He floated to the forward section of the hull and settled into the heavily laid back pilot’s seat, neglecting to even buckle himself in. He furiously waved his hand to let his brother, young Jesus, know that his position was next to him and not cowering in the aft section. “Vamos!” The brother complied and seated himself shotgun, in the copilots seat, and quickly pulled a nickel plated pistol from his boxers, simply resting it in a vehicle-mounted holster. Eduardo glanced back to confirm that the third brother, Vicente, was seated at the electronics console behind him, oddly structured like an ancient Play-Station 2 console.

“Alright, man, let’s get this show on the road.” Eduardo piped up, turning the main engine ignition key before resting his right hand atop the steering wheel. Yes. Steering wheel. His left hand maneuvered into an air-tight glove which projected out the left-hand side of the shuttle. In the glove’s hand was a light pulsed laser sub-machine gun; he maneuvered his left hand to comfortably fit around the weapon’s grip. He looked over and smirked, “You ready man?” The brother nodded as he too fitted his right arm into an externally mounted socket housing a similar weapon.

Eduardo let his right foot locate the accelerator before he slammed it to the floor, throttling full, and letting the WHT Dynamics gravitic star drive, one meant for a much, much larger vessel but lashed to this small shuttle, ignite with a hefty fury. He rotated the wheel and pulled on it a little to set his course just right and aimed directly for the massive vessel arrayed in front of him. Sephrioth’s main vessel… The designation and writing on the side of the vessel appeared to be scribbled on and one couldn’t quite make out its name… The Hades Lamente? Maybe. The crew weren’t sure, but it was definitely the size of their pre-determined target.

Regardless to its actual identity, the vessel MSV Baja California, quickly brought her immense speed to bear on the opposing vessel, before quickly veering off and instead doing the cosmic equivalent of a drive by while emitting an all-frequency electronic communications call consisting of: “Eh hombre! What you say about surrendering that ship of yours and let us take a crack at it, eh, essay? Or we can do this the hard way?” The twin light lasers were on fully automatic and peppered the side of the monstrosity of a Sephrioth ship to give them a fair warning. The size comparison, comparing the Earth to a grain of sand, apparently didn’t faze the crew of the MSV Baja California, as they awaited the response from the assuredly scared Sephrions, or whatever fate may have awaited them.

Eduardo quickly pulled back on the wheel and cranked it to the right, veering away from the incoming weapons fire. He grinned, as did the other two brothers. Keying in his communications headset he quipped, ”So, essay, you want it the hard way, eh? Well, man, we’ve got what you want and you got what we want. Too bad you won’t see the lights of day, essay, and the last thing you’ll see is our Latino Gonzalez ass as you kiss it to save your own. Have fun.” Eduardo managed to evade the initial shots while returning fire with his own weapon.

Vicente, however, was in deep concentration as he began navigating the communications and electronics frequencies, locating and segregating Sephrioth’s own communications channels. He was quickly able to overcome the basic encryption and security composed exclusively of a system which asked for a password with an asterisk reminding the user that the password is password. Instantly, he hit a command which deployed a six hundred foot long trailing metal wire which acted as a massive antenna, flooding Sephrioth’s communications with reruns of soap operas, blatant propaganda issued by Cosmic Mexico’s El Presidente, and several other tidbits of less moral materiel.

This time, Vicente took the helm of communications and this time sent several bursts of data to the other ships in the region, those not of Sephrioth origin. ”Eh, essays, take this time hombres and attack. We’re in for this too and we don’t need much, just some minor things, new engine, essay? You know? We need some help, man. This is the MSV Baja California of Cosmic Mexico, reply, over, man.” He disengaged the communications and focused on alternating the information stream projected towards the Sephrion ship.

Meanwhile, the gigantic powerplants of the Baja California were too immense to be sufficiently small enough to evade the opposing fire and several rounds impacted the primary powerplant resulting in a total system failure. The vessel was now only being propelled by inertia, yet still alongside the comparatively massive Sephrion vessel. Eduardo glanced over and let a few more shots ring out before manipulating a control interface to fire the vessel’s main weapon. A small turret atop the vessel aligned itself towards the Sephrion vessel and quickly opened fire, emitting a long plasma arch capable of burning into metal, albeit shallow. Its only purpose was to carve things into the hull, and it did just that. Within thirty seconds Essay, your sister is a dirty whore was carved into the hull of the Sephrion vessel.

Another round impacted the hull of the Baja California and subsequently erased the teched-up graffiti machine from existence. The youngest brother looked to Eduardo, ”Come on, man, let’s get outta here, jettison the motor!”

Eduardo complied and jettisoned the massive powerplant, which rotated and lumbered towards the Hades Lamente before lightly bumping into it. The ejection revealed a series of smaller powerplants, designed to be used as a last ditch attempt to get away. Eduardo quickly doubled back and attempted to leave the scene, returning sporadic fire with the light laser weapons, although the Baja California was far too damaged to move much farther.

Eduardo tipped his head up and glanced into the monitor providing a real-time rear view. ”Oh shit man, they’ve onto us now, man. I don’t think we’re going to make it, hombre.” He glanced over just in time to catch the brilliant white flash of nothing more than impending fatality. The emotion on his brother’s face was freeze-framed in his mind as the rear hull of the vessel was effectively liquefied by the photon torpedoes. Vicente was returned to a basic elemental spreadsheet of the elements. The intense heat sucked the oxygen from the vessel but also managed to weld the forward section shut, leaving Eduardo alive and his younger brother smeared across the instrument panel with only a pair of charred boxers and a box of Rice Chex floating in the weightlessness of space. The only oxygen left was what was within the vessel at this moment, there were no life support and only the faint murmur of a small auxiliary powerplant kept minor electronics operating. Eduardo would die within minutes without some sort of intervention. But, before succumbing to unconsciousness, he keyed a final communications hail to anyone listening, ”Eh, essay, you got me this time, but I tell you what, I’ll be back holmes, and when I do, I won’t be alone hombre. Got that, essay?” He sputtered once and lapsed into unconsciousness, pinned between the half-molten seat and steering wheel as the remnants of the MSV Baja California spiraled away from the Sephrion vessel.

'Master Malak Revan stood amused by the sight of the tiny ship attacking the Sephrion vessel. He quickly recorded the data and sent it to Fleet Master Vega, one of his friends in the Command. He labelled it "Another day in the Cosmos".

"Transmission coming in, sir."

Revan listened to the monotone translation that came through the speakers, and then listened again to the non-translation. The message was diplomatic, but came across as either annoyed or a case of "I've seen this before, and I'm not having Deja-vu". His decision to ignore the lie from the Sephrions, this had proven to be a decent decision, as it had revealed possible intent.

Otherwise we may feel it necessary to bring in stronger sanctions, such as the Falcanian Navy's entire ninth fleet. You have been warned. This sector of space is to be one of peace. Savvy?"

Aran thumped the console. "I don't care if it's a super star destroyer, or an Emperor-type battleship, or a Sovereign Class Heavy Cruiser. It's in neutral space. Vengeance means nothing out here in the neutral void. I ask you peacefully to break off attacks."

"I would let you know that the Das Globales Reich ships can flood this sector faster than you can call for reinforcements. Their phase warp technology is almost instantaneous.

"As per my recollection of history it is costom to hold talks on a neutral vessel not the aggressors. I may be mistaken or out of touch but there is no way I am going to seeming walk into a trap. I would strongly suggest we hold talks on board my ship. As time goes on you also seem to be getting closer to being outnumbered by nations willing to shoot at you than the DGR. Now from what I understand you have a nice size fleet. I would hate to see it be reduced to junk for space scows to pickup and recycle."

Aran nodded to himself. "Very well. I agree to participate in talks onboard the Commander and will shift aboard immediately. Aran out." Comms closed the channel. "Commander Vimes, you have command of the ship. Lieutenant Valens, ready the choir, and have me shifted to the Commander."

"Aye, sir." Valens tapped keys on his console. Down on deck 14, the Chief Chorister began to gesture to the two-hundred strong Psichic Choir, who began to sing. The Rubric of Telekinesis was one of the most simple, yet powerful songs in the repertoire, and even a novice chorister could lift half a ton by merely reciting the first verse.

Back on the bridge, Valens continued tapping keys. "The choir have finished the third verse, we're ready for shift. Coordinates laid in, the chorus has started."

On deck 14, the air was heavy with psychic and psionic energy. The large dishes at the top of the deck absorbed the energy, amplifying and directing it towards the Commander. On the bridge, Aran felt a lurch in his stomach, pulling him towards the ship. He entered interphase, and was hurled across space. Although the process was traumatic the first time, Aran had been shifted so many times he barely blinked. He passed through the hull of the Commander, re-entered regular phase, and skidded across the deck. Shaking his head slightly, Aran stood up, and straightened out his uniform. He was on the Commander

"Commander make sure that all of our parties have sufficent protection from each other. If a fire fight happens I want my forces to have the superior numbers." He knew that some of these people had 'force powers', psyhic powers and other freakish powers. So his numbers may not give him the upper hand but maybe level the playing field. The Rashari had a gene that is dorment in most humans that became active in the recent two hundreds in the colonies. It was suspected because of the Hamtar Virus epidemic when the colonies were first settled. After ten years of pain and death the Rashari children had grown up emmune to the diesease, which activated the gene. The gene had almost cause them to by outside this 'force' and psyhic powers seemed to be blocked as well. Though not all Rashari had this active gene.

Captain Togan had not expected the Sephrioth Emperor to be here, he glupped as the emperor transported over. With the Captains security team he welcomed the Emperor, "Emperor welcome to the Commander I hope this conflict can be resolved without more bloodshed. Though the Cosmic Mexicans seem to have deserved what came to them. We are a military warship not a diplomatic cruiser so we don't have the luxory your are probably used to. We will make every accomidation for your safety as well as of our other guest. We ask that you and your guards stay with ours. We won't be responcible for you if you devivate from our request. Now lets get to the wretched diplomacy. Oh, and to let you know if we hadn't been in the system when you had started shooting we would have let you duke it out. But since I answer to politicans on my world they expect me to step in these situations", he said as they walked into the Conference Chambers where the other parties were waiting, most not to happy.

Aran walked into the conference chamber. "I am Captain Aran, representing the Pan-Kingdom of Falcania. You will note that I come alone, without guards, as a sign of goodwill. You will also note that I have wings and retractable claws, as a sign that you shouldn't mess with us." He sat down. "To business, gentlemen?"

Onboard the Red Cascade

Ship Master Revan watched as tensions continued to rise, the possibility of hostile engagement seemed very likely. To his knowledge, the so-called talks were underway, and he simply stuck to the duty of outside watch. Intergalactic politics was not part of his standing orders, nor in the interest of the Vaalite Government.

"Sir, I'm getting a strange reading from the Audacity, take a look."

Revan peered at the console, "Can you identify the source?"

"No, sir."

"Tell me immediatly if those readings change."

"Aye, sir."

Revan stood at his station, the wait for pickup was taking too long for his tastes. And the thought of--

"Sir! The Audacity has fired missiles!" came the worried shout.

"Countermeasures!"

"They have not fired on us, sir, the barrage is headed towards the ship known as the Commander"

"Prokliatie!" Revan swore, "Intercept those missiles, now!"

The Red Cascade jumped forward, firing other missiles, attempting to knock out the salvo. The ship kept firing, but there was not enough time as the distance to the Commander shrank. In a last desperate attempt, the Cascade absorbed a part of the salvo, taking some damage itself instead.

"Estimation of success, three-one percent, we did our best, sir."

Revan grimaced.
