The burned out shell of what was once the National Assembly crawled with people, most of them armed with an assorment of rifles, mostly the BAR-A1 SMG, the workhorse of the now defunct Vietnamexican armed forces. Many of them were clad in fatigues with red arm bands. A burst of orange shot up into the sky from in front of the old building, and laying on the ground was a statue of a man, with a crown atop his head, and his hand in the air in the shape of a three fingered salute.

"I must admit to you comrade," said a man in the standard uniform of the Peoples Army while driving a Jeep past a scene of three teenagers in the same uniform dancing around a barrel fire, "I never thought I would see the day when our comrades and I would raise the revolutionary flag (http://www.1stcavmedic.com/pictures/flags/Communist_Federation.jpg) over the National Assembly. I began this movement simply as a counter-resistance group to the pro-Royalists, I did not belive I could actually take control."

The man riding shotgun with him, armed with a Uzi machine gun replied, "Comrade Winfrey, I have belived in you since you and your fifty men came and liberated the factory which I had been working at. The one hundred and thirty workers, among them myself, were saved from the bourgois pig who ruled us with an iron fist, and soon we liberated the rest of Ciudade de Geralde from the bane of capitalist. Now go have your moment and show the world the new Vietnamexico." They reached the National Assembly, and about five of the soldiers were mounting the frame of a routonda, carrying a black flag and silver pole with them. At the bottom, a cameraman captured all of this. Winfrey reached the bottom of the ladder and began to climb to the top of a bullet-filled wall. When he reached the top, a young boy handed him the floded black flag. Winfrey undid the folding, and placed it on the pole which was duct taped to a steel beam.

Once it was securly fastened, Winfrey looked out across the entire city, she saw that across it, the people were celebrating, something they had not done for two years, he screamed out at the top of his lungs, "People of Vietnamexico, the Second Revolution has begun!"

A military is, at most(under all but extreme circumstances) about 5%, which would put your entire military(at around 6 million, which must include your support personnel, which are the majority of a military.)

OOC: You need to RP sending those forces in, in a story format, not just say you sent them, besides, you are a little young of a nation to have a black ops

OOC: The whole country is not controlled by the People's Army yet, just the capital, Ciudade de Geralde, some parts of Porton, and some of the less populated parts of the country, the rest of the country is in control of a variety of factions, the National Brigade (remains of the National Pride Party), the Royal Gaurd(the forces loyal to King Horus, who is still at large), the Nubanta (a liberation group in Daria, a northern province of the kingdom), MAF(Murrite Defense Fighters, a groups who wants to prevent the Muur from being absorbed into a Greater Daria), Progressive Militia (reaments of the Progressive Party), and the Union for Public Order(the last of the Conservative Union).

I think it would be alot easier for me if you guys would sign up to RP as these guys as well as your own nations, seeing as how I have bigger things on my hands right now in the real world.

A group of seven Muurite teens wearing clothes of the hip-hop style leaned against the plexiglass wall of a bus stop. They each had a weapon, two of them with automatic rifles, another with an SMG, three with hunting rifles, of which one had a scope, and another had a two foot knife strapped to his back, and three hand grenades upon his belt. The one with the knife, who had a punker's mohawk dyed blue, smoked a cheap cigar freshly lite. Across the street, in a vacant lot, a burned out car filled up with rust and dust in the dry air. Behind the bus stop, was a field of tall dry grass. In the distance, a motor rumbled towards the seven boys.

Asked Han the twenty-something in the backseat of the white sedan that had a Communist Star on the side. There were four guys in the car, with Han being the oldest, the rest of them in their late teens.

"Lets go find out, keep your guns out, and get ready to fire at a moments notice," said the driver, who was younger than Han, but had the look of wisdom beyond his years, they each pulled out their guns, a Tec Nine, Grease gun, Thompson, and BAR-A1 Automatic. They drove up to the seven teens and got out of the car.

"Who are your loyalties to, Halons." said Han.

Bonstock was appauled by the events in Vietnamexico. President Roberto Sanchez was called on to act. Almost immediately, the Bonstocknian 10th Special Forces Group was alerted to be deployed, along with the newly formed 1st Bonstocknian Air Cavalry Division and the Bonstocknian 1st Marine Division, and several support units.

Bonstocknian C-17s soon began taking off, and requested an airbase to land at.

President Sanchez sat among his National Security Council, discussing the events in Vietnamexico.

"Sir," a military advisor said, "We cannot allow something like this to happen on our borders. A communist revolution far away is bad, but this is way to close. We need to intervene at all cost."

"How soon can this operation be done?"

"Our military is perfectly capable of completing these operations in a matter of hours. Our Special Forces are currently being deployed to make contact with supporters of King Horus. With their guidance, our ground forces should make it to Videte and pacify the country."

"Good. Let us proceed with Operation Jungle Rains."

President Sanchez got on television that night, in an address to the Bonstocknian people.

"Although it pains me to have to bring our country to war, this is a threat we cannot allow to exist. As of now, I have authorized the armed forces of the Federal Republic of Bonstock to commence military operations aimed at restoring King Horus to his throne."

With that, Operation Jungle Rains began. Several Bonstocknian carrier battle groups began a blockade of the Vietnamexican coast, aimed at denying the rebels supply from the sea. Meanwhile, a squadron of twenty Bonstocknian F-35 JSFs flew towards Videte to strike rebel targets, aiming especially for rebel controlled airfields and command and control networks. Four EA-6 Prowler electronic warfare aircraft joined in to jam radars and launch missiles at rebel air defense sites, as several destroyers fired around a hundred Tomahawk missiles at rebel sites in the country. Meanwhile, Bonstocknian troops began massing on the borders between Vietnamexico and Bonstock.

The small flight of stealthy FMX-6Bs flew overhead and bombed local air defenses as 3 C-17 and F-4 after being refueled by their KC-130s flew on towards the intirior of the country (by about 100 miles, 15 minutes worth of flying) The B-52s flew onwards to Viedet...

They loosed their gliders over Porton first, these then glided a short ways out of the city in many different directions, no identifictaion were carried on any of the people or the equipment they carried.

Upion reaching the DZ, they dropped their Armored vehicles from the lead plane at the same time the two planes following slightly behind and higher up, the whole insertion took as little as 6 hours, now came the return trip for the transports as the fighter bombers patroled the DZ for the vital few minutes it would take for them to regroup on the DZ.

Soon afterwards the last planes left the area for their long flight home, PROHT counterintellegence was fully prepared to "leak from an official eyewittness report" that one of the Vietnamexican factions did the bombing of Porton as a warped political statement, in order to complete the illusion, the F-4 Phantoms dropped their unused bombs upon the city as they left in order to get more mileage from their planes so that they may refuel on the KC-130's second round or sorties.

Another story leaked that the same faction planned to destroy the Capitol District.

A very brief telegram was delivered to Viedet as soon as the 'leak' made headlines:
Hello, I am a veteran of the Hurtian Marine Corps, and I would be willing to offer my services in destroying undesirable factions from your country.

To do so I would like to have a list of known factions, and their leaders, and perhaps where I might find them at this time, photos or descriptions would be very much appreciated.

I shall ask you to pay $10,000 for every faction I "take care of" to a PROHT bank account, there it will be cashed and then dispersed and then recollected in a hidden account in order to pay for the expenses of our high quality work.

A young boy stood atop a mountian, watching as the armour regrouped in the plains below him. he pulled out a small camera phone and he took a picture, and sent it to the only name in the phone, Yossarian Gruup, the leader of the Union for Public Order.

Gruup's phone rang. What a chore he thought, as he recieved a lap dance from a young Muurite girl. He picked it up and looked at the photo, the rumors had been true, the invaders were back. He knew what he had to do at that moment. He went outside and threw some old papers into the hole in a pile of tires. He then poured some gasoline onto the tires and paper. He struck a match and threw it in, as he walked inside to prepare himself for war, just like the rest of the city, who had been notified by a united system that there were bigger things to worry about then petty differences in politics...

OOC: That went better than I thought it would, last time I was met by a navy, then ground defenses, then their air force, not in that order.

FMX-6B flight
One plane was shot down as they circled...

"Oh, bother... They're shooting at us again?" The WSO of the lead plane stated, almost apathetic of their situation.

"K, here come a gew old SAMs, target their RADARs and stike, you know the drill"

With that all 11 remaining FMX-6Bs did (for the first time) what they were meant to do, knock out air defenses and clear the way for everyone else to pass overhead.

They dove in on one of the SAMs, then veared hard to the side followed by a steep dive upon the SAM sites, 35 mm cannons firing, at the end of the dive they dropped their external fuel tanks and all external bombs, making them almost impossable to detect without advanced Radar technology.

They then followed up with a series of steep glide bombing (a dive bombing run at between 30 and 60 degrees off from horizontal). When they started flying amongst the skyscrapers things started geting interesting, since not all of the SAMs failed to acquire them, they flew into interviening buildings, a few of their most advanced IR missiles flew by following the exact path of them, or at least tried, because the propwash dispersed the heat almost as fast as it was made, the planes still had a few tricks up their sleeves, such as "tunneling" and using ground traffic as moving shields.

As they came back into the open again the started dropping mines and delayed action bombs from their internal bays and fring their guns at whatever was off enough in the distance to shoot without diving.

Every so often one of the pilots would check in to confirm they had not died, and were normally scorned for breaking radio silence.

The other planes then flew overhead almost unmolested o teir destinations, the massive B-52 bombers flying in low, almost taunting the gun batteries for failing to shoot them down, and those who did would risk blowing themselves up as each carried 25 tons of explosives (perhaps even tactical nuclear weapons).

The flotilla turned, the wakes of the ships arching. They had just changed course and were en route to Vietnamexico as per orders from Kilani High Command. The group conisisted of a nuclear powered fleet carrier, two escort carriers, a single battleship, four heavy cruisers (missile), six light cruisers (missile), and eleven destroyers. Also present were six Marine Assault ships, each carrying a 2,000 marines and their equipment.

President Sanchez was observing the situation from his command bunker. A screen television showed the distribution of Bonstocknian forces in the conflict. Two million soldiers had assembled on the border, in a hundred divisions grouped into three armies.

General Jack Flash, former commander of Bonstocknian forces in Yazmarea, was in charge of the invasion. "Sir," he began, "The plan for Operation Jungle Rains is currently complete, and awaiting your orders to start."

"You know, perhaps Jungle Rains is too agressive a title. We are liberating the Vietnamexican people, not invading them. I say we change the name to Operation Vietnamexican Freedom."

General Flash looked at him a second, and then nodded. "We will do so at once, sir."

Meanwhile, all across the border, in small four-man patrols, Bonstocknian Special Forces started to penetrate the border on long range recon missions, searching for hostile Vietnamexican border posts and looking for forces loyal to King Horus.

Naval intelligence had picked up several satellite reports confirming the advance of a hostile naval force closing on Vietnamexico. A task force of six Seawolf-class submarines was assembled under Rear Admiral James McGray.

Admiral McGray looked at the reports from his flagship, the sub FRBS U-78. "Ensign," he said to an aide, "have we confirmed the strength of the enemy yet?"

"It seems that they have only one carrier, along with several escorts and transports."

"We should knock that carrier out as soon as possible. Order all subs to close in and target it."

"Yes, sir."

With that, the Bonstocknian submarines began to get in range...

A young boy stood atop a mountian, watching as the armour regrouped in the plains below him. he pulled out a small camera phone and he took a picture, and sent it to the only name in the phone, Yossarian Gruup, the leader of the Union for Public Order.

Gruup's phone rang. What a chore he thought, as he recieved a lap dance from a young Muurite girl. He picked it up and looked at the photo, the rumors had been true, the invaders were back. He knew what he had to do at that moment. He went outside and threw some old papers into the hole in a pile of tires. He then poured some gasoline onto the tires and paper. He struck a match and threw it in, as he walked inside to prepare himself for war, just like the rest of the city, who had been notified by a united system that there were bigger things to worry about then petty differences in politics...

James O'Brian arrived to Porton by charter boat.

"No welcoming commitee, typical."

He offloaded his supplies and headed for the closest thing he could find that looked government controled, and it had a tire fire out back, not a good sign...

"This doesn't look as good as it said in the travel brochures..."

He swallowed his pride and walked inside.

All around him he could hear gunfire and things crash to the ground and the low rumble of explosions, all the streets where pocketed with massive craters and the walls where stained in blood.

He was 'home'.

Kilani picket, KPNS Oktober

The destroyer Oktober was currently at the leading edge of the Kilani task force, ithe Illium-class Destroyer's powerful electronic sensors scouring the area. A pair of fighters from the Rodenchov, one of the escort carriers, soared overhead heading for their patrol station, further out.

Captain Bivel was on the bridge, surveying the water ahead. Suddenly the sonar officer shouted, "Unknown contact, bearing 1600 meters off the port bow. Could be an enemy sub, sir!"

"General qarters! All hands to battle stations!"

Klaxons wailed, sending crew members scurrying for their battle stations. On the aft helicopter pad one of the ASW heliocopters began warming up it's rotors.


Kilani High Command

"Comrades, wea re faced with a decision. It appears that counter-revolutionary forces wish to crush the Vietnamexican people and put htem back under the rule of their facist oppressors. I suggest we deploy the Fifth Army to their assistance immediatly and call prepare the Third Army for deployment as well."

Their was a moment of silence as the generals, admirals, and politicians exchanged glances.

"Comrade, we must ensure the freedom of the Vietnamexicans. Prepare the army at once."

"Yes, Comrade President."

The People's Army does not negotiate with terrorist organizations, and therefore, will not recognize you as a legitamate combatant, therefore the rules of the Portshire Convention, of which Vietnamexico was a signatory, do not apply. We will use any means nessecary to destroy your means to war. We will not accept any sort of ransom that has been offered by your peoples, related to the government or not.

OOC: I am thinking about putting this on Nationstates News Network or something, cuz this storyline seems pretty good thus far, and a lot of people are showing interest (If you would like, I would ask you to RP as one of the factions so that I could save myself some time by not RPing every single one of them.

Aboard the Bonstocknian submarines, alarm bells rang, calling the crew to battle stations. Aboard the U-356, the captain sighted a ship.

"Target bearing 010 degrees at 15,000 yards. Looks like an escort carrier. Fire torpedoes immidiately."

In the torpedo room, Bonstocknian sailors wrestled with their torpedoes, and finally loaded them into the tube. The sub was lined up, and fired a salvo of four Mk.48 torpedoes at the escort carrier. The other subs fired their salvos at the main carrier, the other escort carrier, and several of the transports.

"Let's get out of here!" Admiral McGray radioed as soon as the attack finished. The subs dove, hoping to not be caught by ASW choppers...

OOC: I belive that the National Brigade is based on the border, they may begin doing some border crossings later on in the game, but for now, they will stay put.

First off, what do you have to tip you off that I did it ICly, and picture phones don't pick up Identification mars that don't exist on my tanks and planes.

The FMX-6 and HT-101 series of military hardware have been for sale for many "years" and other NS nations actually use it.

You know, the one offering to "take care of all your problems" or have you still not read that telegram yet?

Special operations forces had concluded that a brigade of hostile forces was on the borders. A whole wing of over thrity Bonstocknian B-52s took off from a forward airbase. The National Brigade was soon carpet bombed.

Meanwhile, several squadrons of F-35s flew in to finish the job, dropping napalm onto the People's Army forces.

All across the border, ten thousand guns opened up on Vietnamexican positions in a massive barrage. Thousands of Bonstocknian jet fighter-bombers joined the fray, blasting airbases, bridges, and supply dumps. Columns of tanks began advancing along the roads all over the border, with nearly five thousand tanks involved; infantry began prowling along through the jungle, some riding in IFVs and trucks.

The Bonstocknian 1st Army made straight for Fort Hornando, hoping to secure the town for Bonstock. Several Bonstocknian destroyers offshore began bombarding the defenses, as carrier planes flew sorties against the town.

Meanwhile, the 2nd Army swung through the jungle, hoping to envelop Fort Hornando from behind. Soon nearly a million men were involved in operations against For Hornando.

Meanwhile, the 3rd Army, with more then a million troops, began marching on an axis in the direction of Videte.

Bonstocknian B-2 bombers flew over Fort Hornando and Videte, dropping leaflets proclaiming that Bonstock was liberating Vietnamexico from the People's Army. Bonstocknian propaganda began broadcasting to Vietnamexico, telling civilians to avoid major cities and warning the People's Army to surrender or be slaughtered.

OFFICIAL IMPERIAL PROCLIMAITON

The Dark Empire of Shazbotdom cannot get involved in this conflict. Although we will send 400 Tons of Food and Medical Supplies to be distributed to the Civilians of Vietnamexico. Any attempts to capture the medical aircraft transporting these items will be seen as an act of war against the Dark Empire of Shazbotdom.

National Brigade Camp On the Bonstockian-Vietnamexican Border

"Run!" yelled a scout at the residents of the camp. General Ralphus wondered how hey had been found, the forests of the border were deep, and full of tunnels. The members of the Brigade ran in all direction, many of them to the tent in which a tunnel was located, a tunnel which lead to the other side of the border...
