Probe "Bismarck" was on travel from Das Kaiserreich homestar, Pi-2 Ursae Majoris, to center of galaxy, where it would be destroyed. On it's way, it sended message:
"Salutations, civilizations of world. We are Das Kaiserreich, from Pi-2 Ursae Majoris. We are peaceful civilization, and looking for trade and cooperation with societies of this galaxy. Our nation is absolutist monarchy, and currently head of our state is Leopold XI.
