NSEconomy says one of our major industries is automobiles, so I have decided to open this company.I am only planning on selling models with demand, so right now I would like to know what sort of high-quality automobiles are in demand in NS.

In NS somebody will always buy something. Post the designs you have, and people will see if they like it or not. The automobile industry is much harder to examine than the weapons one, as not a lot of people pay attention to cars, but almost everyone is toting big guns around. If you're doing luxury, high-end cars, I expect you will get orders from nations for cars for heads-of-state and the like.

I must tell you, the reason I did ask was actually because I have no designs, and needed an idea to start with. But I understand what you are saying. I'll try to come up with something...

OOC: Well, your average national leader likes big luxury cars to be driven around in. Cars like Jags, Mercs, even limos and the like. I suppose there could also be a demand for saloons/sedans and big 4x4s, which could be used by security services and even armies. And environmentally conscious nations may also be interested in small economical cars, or advanced hybrids, or even alternative fuel cars. Not a lot of people will buy cars for their general public because, well, that's up to the general public. So you have to try and think of models that will appeal to the government or their various organisations.

The Free Tulsan government would be interested in all-terrain vehicles for rural police, fire, and rescue services, as well as private automobiles.

(OOC: If you aren't creative enough to come up with your own designs, don't even bother. It's acceptable with arms dealers, but a used-car dealership trying to sell to national governments is much more than a tad unrealistic.)

(OOC: Well I don't know what to do then... I've never been good at things like this........ All of my previous business attempts pretty much failed and I simply picked cars because it was suggested by the NSEconomy calculator......I'm not really suited to this game...)

(OOC: What makes you say that? Most people don't even bother with opening storefronts. It's possible to play the game without opening storefronts. If you absolutely want one, it will take a bit of work. Do some research. Find out some basic info about how your chosen product - cars in this case - works, and go from there. It might take a while, but nothing was ever accomplished without effort.)
