My nation is based on the book, Moscow 2042.

What we know as the Soviet Union was now a changed place. The Leader (based on the book's Genialissimus), after Lenin's World Revolution and Stalin's Socialism in One Country, decided to try Socialism in One City, Moscow.
In the USSR, a Berlin Wall style structure has been made, separating the Paradise of Moscow from the Other Side of Russia, though both are still ruled by the Leader. Within the wall everyone gets everything "according to his needs". Only their needs are not decided by themselves, but by the wise Leader. Most people have "ordinary needs", but a chosen few have "extraordinary needs".
Life is different now in the Soviet Union. The Leader lives in Moscow, in Paradise, along with his family. Ministers also live in or around the Paradise of Moscow.
The Paradise of Moscow still continues on, as does the Soviet Union. How much longer will the system last, who knows?
Info on the Leader:
The Leader's named is said to be Ivan Volganov. He is married to Nadezhda Stalinov (named after Stalin's wife) and has children, Svetlana, Vassili, Yakov (Stalin's kids had these names) and Lavrenty (after Beria).
Volganov is a handsome young man, so are his sons. His daughter and wife are said to be beautiful, his daughter a pretty girl, she is a child or teen.
Volganov's childhood friend, Feodor Ivanov is the head of the Secret Police of the USSR (separate from the Arch Angels). His brother, Sergei is the head of the Arch Angels, the Secret Police of the Paradise of Moscow.
The KGB is separate from the Two Polices and works independently from them.
All main languages of the Republics are offical languages of the USSR, however Russian enjoys a special place in the Paradise.
