At 1970, the United States is engaged in a bloody war in South Vietnam against the Communist revolutionary group: Viet Cong, and the Souths communist neighbor to the North, North Vietnam. Ho Chi Minh has just died, and the Vietnamesation process is beginning, as US troops slowly begin to pull out.
