A Call to the Nations of the World
Julikstan

Hundreds of people, all of them with their heads covered in thin shawls, the heat of the evening was too much to wear a thicker cloth, they all were bent down in prayer, facing in the same direction, that of the city of Mecca. Suddenly, all of them stood up, and turn around toward a large scaffolding that had been recently been set up.
A young man, aged beyond his years, wearing a white turban, yellowed by the heat, a full beard, and a light tunic stepped up to the podium, and said in a language similar to Arabic called Julika "My Fellow Julikas, I give you our great leader, the Mullah Humza Obidala-Ahmad. The Great Unifier of our homeland." A man in a simple tunic with a purple loin cloth around his waist walked up to the scaffolding, he was wearing a tunic as well, it was the same hue as his loincloth, but simple nonetheless. He was older than the the man who introduced him, but he had a certain aura to him, one that allowed different people to feel at home around them, he had what the poet Iqbal had called 'an innate sense of aquatince' By the reaction from the crowd, he was clearly some sort of leader, for they reacted by going into a fevor of emotion. Once the eruption of eurphoria had subsided, he began to speak to them.
"Sons and Daughters, this day has been what we have strove for for six long, long years. Six years of bloodshed and war between the tribes of our brothers. We have lost many, many martyrs, and I commend them for their sacrifice to Allah, a gift that has rewarded them greatly in the Paradise they now reside in. But, those years have come to an end. the unification is complete, the Great Unificaition is over, Allah's way has truimphed over the infidels who tried to prevent its glory, however, your trials and tribulations over these years have let it reign throughout our homelands, and now the millions of people are forever indebted to you. The Yola tribe now reigns supreme over all other lands, and we must take our new spot in the world stage, therefore, I ask the nations of the world to join us in the creation of a new, beautiful land, Julikstan."

Kirisubo has a small percentage of its population who follow Islam with most being Buddists or Shintoists.
the Empress mused over this as she listened to the recording that KIA chief had brought to her attention.
"Do you think they're a threat to us?" Empress Fujiko asks him.
"at the moment I'm not sure" the oriental man replies "but until we know more we can't say"
The young Empress nods and suggests "keep an eye on this situation and i'll send out some diplomatic feelers through our NSUN people. We realy need to know more.
##
back in the NSUN buildings the Kirisuban Ambassador Kaigan Miromuta listened carefully to the briefing by video link from home.
he had to find out more about Julikstan and his first act was to send a message to their capital.

El Presidente watched the broadcast in his office, from behind his sunglasses and in his Generalissimo uniform, smoking his trademark cigar. while strictly speaking the nation of Byrrilium was indifferent in this matter, being in the Irken Epire, a reigon with borders so tight that a microbe would have trouble slipping in, he was creeped out. thse guys looked liek they were full of good intentions, but they seem the "puppet master" type, making others do their bidding for the "greater good".
he leaned over and pusjed the button on the intercom. "Rico, you seeing this too?" "yes el Presidente. what should we do?" "nothing yet... but ready a diplomatic envoy." he rleased the button and strolled over to his window, offering a fantastic veiw of the tropical bay. so a new reigon was entering the world eh? we shall see what becomes of them.
Vietnamexico

A youthful, beautiful woman with a shapely body and carmel colored skin, sat in a large leather rotating chair behind a desk with a placard reading Yasmine Abdul, CEO, looked at the a older, balding man, with brown hair and wire-rimmed glasses, she began to inquire him about the situation at hand, "Very interesting, this could be just the break that we were looking for, is it not Giovanni? I remeber when I was a child in that small land, the atmosphere was much like it is today here in Vietnamexico, violent, and unstable, but now the tables have turned ever since those fucking invaders came. Besides, the People's Army is consolidating there power in the south, and it will only be a matter of time before our little haven of Porton will be taken by those pinko fiends." Giovanni looked puzzled at what she was proposing, Abdul could tell, and so she clarified it for him, "We are going to move Abdul-Manitti Incoprated to Julikstan, that is, if the new government allows us to." Giovanni nodded his head in approval, as Abdul began to type up a letter to this Mullah Humza Ahmad-Obidala.
Greetings Great One of Allah,
I am Yasmine Abdul, a business woman who would be most interested in moving my companies to a safer land. I am a native of the Yola tribe, and left for Vietnamexico as a child. I now ask you if I may come back and base my businesses in your lands, for it is no longer safe here.
Together in Allah,
Yasmine Abdul

OOC: Sorry for not posting for a long while, I totally forgot about this thing.
IC: The newly crowned Emir looked through a stack of mail as his aides prepared his pearl white, unsullied robes, the three peices of mail had been laid upon his workstation by one of his aides, right next to his Koran. He read the adresses on them, none of which he had ever seen before, and from the looks of things they were not of Julik origin. He could not read the first one's writing, with its swooping calligraphy that was of east Asian origin, so he called in his personal interpreter, who lived in the same house as him. He was wearing a tan tunic, the color of the sand that covered the majority of the Holy Republic.
The interpreter, who was in his late twenties, sleepily looked at the Emir and began to translate the text for him.

"I belive that their terms are acceptable," said the Emir after listening to the reading, "I belive I will write them back, you may leave now, I can read the rest of them."
"Yes, Emir Obidala." Replied the young aide, as Obildala-Ahmad began to write.
To: Samurai-Captain Kaigan Miromuta
From: Emir Mullah Humza Obidala-Ahmad
The Holy Republic of Julikstan would be delighted to have you come to our young nation, we are interested in opening ties with other nations of the world, in an attempt to help the betterment of our people, and to endorse the will of Allah and his Prophet. However, I must inform you that only a orthodox Sunni Muslim will be allowed to enter the country, so to make sure that both parties ave the will of Allah at heart. If this is possible, my newly appointed Diplomacy Minister Hafiz Faroq al-Judru will meet you at the National Airport of Julikstan, located in the capital city of Ruuin. We hope that these conditions are possible.
Together in Islam,
Emir Mullah Humza Obidala-Ahmad
"Alright, now onto the second one, I do not need your help, I know this language." The Emir read the letter, and ponderred it for a little while. Then he began to write a second letter.
To: El Presidente of Byrrilium
From: Emir Mullah Humza Obidala-Ahmad

The Emir placed the second one in the envelope, and went on to the third one, which was written in Juliki.

The Emir finished this one and quickly scrawed down a response. How dare a Yola leave her tribe in need, and let alone try and return once things had become better, and leave for a Western country at that, betraying the Will of Allah in its own right.
To: Yasmine Abdul
From: Emir Mullah Humza Obidala Ahmad
You will not be allowed back into the country, thanks to your betrayal of my homeland in its time of need. You are no longer a Julik, but a westerner, who puts up a facade to help further your interests as only a Westerner does, You are never to visit the Holy Republic, nor contact anyone in it again.
The Emir sealed the envelope and sent the three letters on their way, and went back to his daily routines, of getting ready to rule the masses.
OOC: I don't want my pop to keep going how do I stop that, I want to say that my nation has 70 million people, is that allowed.
