Dear Magic Nations of the World,
I Empress Kinimoto, would like extend open armes to fellow magic nations. Yes we have had some turbulance in the past with the international community, but all domestic situations have been settled, and we are once again a peaceful Empire of Sorcrers. We have set up many freindly relations with non-magic nations as well, and after meeting their representatives, I have much restored faith in the freindliness in the world. But we would like some nations we do share common ground with as well as uncommon. Our vouch offers are:

Joining the Empire*
*If you decide to join the Empire, your nation will still remain autonmus, and individual. You will not be puppeted by my country or any country. You will just be considered part of a grand Empire of Magic.
