Sucello City, Sucello (SGN) -- The Sucellan Governance of Tannenmille, under the leadership of Sovereign Arbiter Viktor Tannen, has once again returned to the international stage as a vigorous and powerful force. Sovereign Arbiter Viktor Tannen, having now ruled Tannenmille for two years since his father's death, addressed the nation alongside the Chancellory and Parliament at the Tannen Palace in Sucello City.
"For too long has Tannenmille been withdrawn from international and intergalactic affairs. Opportunities have passed us by, allied nations called for help without response from the Governance. Today, it ends. Again shall the Armies of Tannenmille be mobilized. Let the heart of Tannenmille beat with renewed blood and the fist of Tannenmille crush her enemies with impunity! Shortly after his speech, Tannenmillian Stormtroopers marched through the streets of Tannenmille in an impressive display of might and renewed purpose. The march continues through Sucello City tonight, and fireworks are being set off all across Tannenmille. Interviews on the streets show that the Tannenmillian people are extremely excited about the fresh leadership and confident in the power shown by the Sovereign Arbiter and the Army today. Arbiter Viktor's announcement comes as a mild shock to government-watching organizations. Such organizations have noted that the first two years of Arbiter Viktor's leadership were shrouded from the international eye as Tannenmille slowly withdrew all but the bare minimum of troops from Saharistan and Earth, returning the main force back to Sucello.
