The Hamanistan Government has recently started a program to develop nuclear weapons. We are looking for a supplier to supply us with enriched uranium. We however do not need mass amounts for we have a strong uranium based economy though we cannot supply enough for the program by ourselves. We have found a supplier of rockets and fuels for nuclear missiles but have not decided if they will be our main suppliers so be prepared. We hereby at this time request any nation that wish to help with our project to let us know how much uranium they can provide each year and how much it will cost.

We have found some Uranium, there's some surplus I'm sure we could sell oyu. So what price are oyu offering per Kilogram?

The president of Hamanistan has found your price to be fair and has accepted your offer. At this time he would like to meet with your leader to discuss transportation and where it shall be delivered. We will be requesting a supply of the uranium at least 2 times a year for the next 10 years. Please do the math for this and your current output so you will not get in over your head, be sure you can supply us with the uranium we need when we need it.

We would be interested in aiding the nation of Hamanistan in any way possible, if you will allow us to work as a middleman we would be quite happy to find you missiles and information on nuclear weapons in anyway possible, and we are pretty sure that with our diplomatic links we could have these plans winging their way towards you at any time.

These plans would be very hard to extrapulate, but we believe that we could find a terrorist nation willing to sell us plans, of failing that, steal them ourselves from an unsuspecting, and possibly warring, nation. Although currently we do not own any planes we believe nothing is impossible. For a small price of $1billion USD($10million USD paid up front for first efforts) we can attempt to get this information.

I'd make sure you knew what nation i got it from OOC so you, and others, can tell it isn't a load of rubbish. Somewhere out there will be someone who i can get plans on, make a little attack for them(at a price) and sell you some nuke plans....excellent!
