OOC: The issues dont change my nation fast enough, so ignore what some of my main page says.
IC: It had been six months after the surrender of the Corporate Dictatorship of Red Tide, six months since the bells rang, the people rejoiced, and the Red Tidean Soldiers were stripped of their inhumane Hallucagenic Control Collars. During these last six months, Red Tide had established a running democracy. The economy had been reconfigured from a weapons production-reliant nation into a consumer goods based economy. Massive amounts of weapons had been scrapped and the military downsized into an all-volunteer force of fifteen million men and women, large, but not as large as when Supreme Commander Gregori was in control. And the hated Intellegince-Consortium had been disbanded, replaced by two seperate organisations, neither of which had jobs of oppressing the common people.
The Tech-Com Corporation, once the dominating economic ally of the Goverment, was now split up into various, smaller corporations. Non-Mafia small businesses were popping up for the first time since the mid-90s. The enviorment was recieving more attentiong. Even the radioactive Western Wastelands, though still uninhabitable to humans, are beginning to heal.
The goverment itself now decided to begin a embassy program in order to bring Red Tide back into the international stage.

"It has been a six months since this nation was finally liberated by the Coalition. It is time we re-take our steps back into the world. To start, we wish to exchange embassies with any interested nations. We only ask that you follow the limits listed:
A limit of 50 armed guards.
Weaponry no heavier then Assualt Rifles.
Only one, completely unarmed helicopter is allowed.
We hope that our reentry into the international world will be fruitfull indeed."
