Official Press Release

The Government of the Federation of Azraelonia, having considered the proposal and passed a unanimous verdict upon its enaction in the Council of the State, has implemented the Death Penalty on all Azraelonian Citizens and has approved a list of Capital Crimes upon which this sentence shall be carried:

Capital Crimes
Treason
Murder
Rape
Paedophilia
Kidnapping
Supplying Narcotics
Terrorist Activities

Execution Methods
Hanging
Beheading
Firing Squad
Lethal Injection

Execution Methods shall be determined upon the severity of the Capital Crime and the precedent of the Judge.

The organisation and administration of this new section of punishment shall be managed by the newly-created Ministry for Capital Crimes. The newly-appointed Minister for Capital Crimes shall be Thomas Lawrence, a loyal and veteren Party member, formerly a Junior Official with the Ministry of Defence.
