URGENT MESSAGE TO ALL NATIONS

A few months ago scientists noticed a strange disease in Eastern NBP. Well they figured it would run it's course because it was in a jungle area. Normaly that's what happens but then 1 month ago they discovered peole going to hospitals with strange symptoms. That usually would mean we would find a cure and everything would be fine. But there were a few problems. 1 is that these cases were in Western NBP no one knew how it got there. The 2nd is After another week 17 out of the 19 people were dead. The last problem was also within a week the disease spread to almost every city in NBP but in small numbers. That changed a few days ago when in Abersville, the largest tourist city in NBP and largest trading city, 78% of the population became sick. Now we think it's probably spread to other cities all over the world. All we know about the disease is 1st you get a high fever, then you get a stomach ache, then you start to ache everywhere, and then the disease eats you from the inside out and you die. Real nice huh? Well we don't have a cure or a name. The only name we have is "The Plague" that's what all the reporters call it. We need your help. It's probably going to spread to your cities soon please help us and yourselves.

Thank you for all the help you've been giving us. We would also like to share that our scientists made a big discovery about the disease and they will send the research to everyone helping make the cure. But there is some bad news and that's in a few weeks my scientists believe it will mutate. Also the death total is currently above 200,000. We are also announcing that we are closing our borders to anyone not helping with the cure because we want to prevent this from spreading out of our nation as best as possible.

Morlish has a spec of fear in his eye. he shakes it off and continues the talk "they might not spend the 4 months here"

In the Rotten Defence Minestry Juan was pacing about thinking about a good action to take. After about 4 hours Juan ordered the missial defence system to be placed in high alert. this would arm the cannon implacements around the country so they would shoot down amy oncomings attack. Public Statement by the Mondothian Government

It has come to our attention that the nation of Rotten bacon has attempted to assassinate the character of Mondoth by accusing us of the one act we find most heinous. The design and manufacture of biological weapons has long been a thing that this government has found wholly reprehensible for any government to undertake. Since the Naveiran seperatists spread plague throughout this country many years ago, and the warring nations of the Mondothian Confederacy did the same many years before that we have dedicated ourselves to the erradication of manufactured disease and those who use them. To accuse this government of unbdertaking to manufacture a disease agent under the pay of another nation is not only a contemptible act, but also a transparent one. One has only to review Mondoth's history to find the numberless attrocities foreign biological weapons have brought upon our people, and to reveal our many campaigns against those nations who still find such weapons to be acceptable for use.
The facts are that the combined efforts of our scientists and researchers developed a cure that was effective against this disease, however, and this is the point that may have caused confusion to Rotten bacon, a cure resistant mutation had already occured. Around the country the harbors outer walls where being closed. these are barriers that are located at the harbor entrenct they are V-shaped so you cannot force them open from the outside.

also the natinal guard/police have every person on the street and the millitary as ready to take what ever action that is nessessary. manned turrets around the country arebeing manned to prperly remove any unwanted people.

also the missals are 12 hours from being ready.

It may be true that the Nomadic Bounty People may not be a waise place to live, but it is not a decision your nation is qualified to make for these people. Allowing these people to leave the country if they wish would allow them to choose for themselves. Until that choice is granted to these people, we cannot in good conciense stand down and allow you to get away with the kidnapping of foreign citizens under the guise of a righteous cause.

Mondoth please let this not resort in a war between the 2 of us. let us fucus on the task at hand. like curing the second strain of the virus. besides at least some of the citizns have to lbe happy with what happend. i did this for there own good. now they have a chanse to live a nice prospering live under the leadership of the estimed rotten one. as for returning the refugees. i have no intension of allowing them to go back to that place. as for your claimes of "forcing the laws apon them"(ooc: we are a friggen dictatorship it's what we do) no. but by law i can't allow then to leave the country without propor millitary clearence which none of the citizens are able to achive none being the age of 5. so go suck eggs there my citizens now.

Meanwhile the records of the refugees where clear. a group of nicely dressed millitary officals went to the homes of the new citizens and collected all of the children that where of 5 years of age on that day to the mandatory millitary training. before sun-up the children where out of the city and on there way to the air port. by 9:00am they where flying west out rotten bacon(well out of the way of mondoth fleets) to a remote chain of islands where the next 13 years of there lives would be spent training for a possible millitary carreer.

No they signed the papers they by law cannot leave. surly you can understand that when a contract is signed they have no choise but to obey it. they signed the papers. they could not have but that would mean that they would not be allowed to leave due to the air-line and not allowed into the actuall airport. they would not have been fed or given any other servises to try and keep them alive. so now by law we cannot allow them to leave.

if they had millitary clearence we could allow them to leave for a peirod of time (ooc:or they could get where ever and them go awol) but another point of the law is that dissqualifyes most of the refugees is that it is a 13 year training program. this program is started at the age of 5. those who are five years old will be collectd and transfered to the trainign grounds. they will then be trained and them will take the millitary apptitude test to get chosen for their carreer.

if you attack i can no longer ensure the saftey of the refugees. please reconsider your actions.

Now we have another nation trying to tell me what to f@@ken do and it might be to late. And then I have Mondoth who is literaly just floating out there and Nomadic Boutny People are trying to muster some sort of force aginst me but can't fund it. As far as i'm concerned we have nothing to worry about but Hataria might be a problem to us."

Ruger ahemed lightly, as he looked over the medical forms and then signed the forms, granting Presidental Rights to enter the nation of Nomadic.

0600, next day.

CH-47s and Black Hawks moved through the air with a rapid percision, after being lifted from a Cruiser that had assisted them halfway. The Helicopters sliced through the air, eventually touching down, as the men flooded out with military gear on and BioHazard Masks and suits. Carrying MP-5s and AK-47s and M-16s and high explosives in military casing. Then the Medical Gear was unloaded and tents erected on grass and wherever else they could put them.

People directed to the tents where blood was drawn and secured. They were here to 'cure' this horrible disease. The men watched over everything carefully, people only came on a voluntary basis. They filled out accident report forms when needed but everything was going smoothly.

Then they upped it. From one single vial to a pint of blood from every person that came within the tents that were setup. Forms were signed and issued to everyone that came. The Research phase was still occuring. Recongizing how this was done and how it worked. It was amazing to a degree, but definetly needed to be cured. The question was, who would it be cured by?
