RFF National News Five
Towering above an ivory-plated podium stands a proud Joseph Whells. He wears his signature battle armor, crimson like the blood of foes past and present. Around his neck and down his back is a flowing silk cape, crimson with golden trimming and clasps. He looks directly into the camera and smiles.
Hello, citizens of RFF. Citizens of the World. Today is a great time in our nations history. Finally, we have achieved what many believed impossible.
Some of you may remember the tyrannical rule of Lukas Vendav, or “General” as he preferred to be called. This man, though crazy and bloodthirsty made a great step in progress. His regime introduced soldiers bred for battle, known only as the Warriors.
Though genius, these genetically mutated soldiers were flawed. Not only was the process in which they were created quite inhumane, but the cost was high, and the process took sixteen years to generate one Warrior.
After the Vendav regime was run out of RFF, the Warriors were all destroyed, and the project discontinued.
Today, a similar project is born. Today, I am proud to announce the birth of the Quietmen. These soldiers, these tools of death are not human. They are something else entirely. These Quietmen are able to be produced at great numbers.
Today, you will witness the Quietmen. Today 600,000 soldiers received notifications that they were being released of their duty. Today 600,000 Quietmen take their place.
These soldiers are incapable of speech, communicating through… other means. These warriors are the immortal protectors of the Empire.
Without further ado, I present to you, the Quietmen.
Twelve men enter from behind the curtains, their black battle armor reflecting the lights above. Atop their heads are helmets, black visors completely opaque.
Goodnight. And may the glory of the Empire live on forever.

Before cries of “GODMODER! IGNORE!” erupt, let me clear some things up. These ‘super’ soldiers are not the god-warriors that I may suggest ICly. They communicate telepathically, through neuro implants, though the RFF Minster of Defense will let the average citizens think they are of one mind. The most useful thing about them is that they are COMPLETELY loyal to the Enlightened Empire of RFF. They must follow an order when given by a superior officer. I will not explain why they can be produced so quickly yet, but you all will soon know.
