2006: Avian bird flu outbreak. A reported 224 cases in the US.
2006: Officials begin vacination process. A reported 258 cases, and rising.
2006: Quarentine declared. All traffic into US borders is ceased, and all infected citizens are sent to a quarentine facilities. A reported 328 cases, with 34 deaths.
2006: Death toll reaches 58.
2007: No new cases of the avian flu reported. 144 patients are released from quarentine facilities.
2007: Death toll reaches 64. 118 released from quarentine. Ten remain quarentined.
2007: Death toll reaches 67, and the final seven patients are released. US borders reopen.
2008: United States begins troop withdrawals from Afghanistan
2008: After a tight race, Republican John McCain wins the Presidency of the
United States over Democrat Joe Biden
2008: Gay marriage banned.
2009: United States begins to leave Iraq as a loose federation had been formed.
2009: United States and the rest of the UN begin sanctions on Iran after it expels UN weapon inspectors from the country.
2009: Cure for HIV found. McCain introduces a plan to provide cures for HIV-Positive Americans.
2011: The United States, in conjunction with India, invade Pakistan in retaliation for their aid of Iran, which was believed to have advanced the Iranian nuclear by leaps and bounds. The Pakistani army retaliates by using nuclear weapons against India in New Delhi prompting the first nuclear war since World War II.
2011: The French, British, and Israeli governments declare war on Pakistan. The United States drops the largest nuclear payload ever seen onto Islamabad and other major cities of Pakistan, sending the nation into a nuclear winter.
2011: Spain detonates their first nuclear weapon. The nations of the UN do not do anything, for the Spanish let in UN weapons inspectors.
2011-2012: No sunlight for the entire year in across the world.
2012: The nations of France, Great Britain, USA, Israel, India, China and South Korea and Spain sign a treaty that dictates that nuclear weapons will be a last resort measure rather than a reactionary attack as seen in the Indian Ocean War.
2012: The United States institutes controversial survelience plan, building on The Patriot Act, and the Patriot Act II.
2012: The United States withdraws almost all troops from Iraq, leaving a
skeleton force behind.
2012: John McCain wins a second term over Democrat Michael Moore, establishing an utter dominance of the Republican Party over the Democrats, the election sees the dawn of the Greens as a major political force.
2013: Iran detonates a nuclear weapon, and then broadcasts it on al-Jazerrah. Israel Pre-emptively attacks Iran with United Kingdom aid and a coalition of UN forces. Strangely, the United States only commits 2,000 troops for the conflict.
2013: Iran begins a suicide bomber campaign in Iraq and Israel. The USA begins to deploy more troops to the troubled nation of Iraq, which had been
