The Greater USSR

After the conquest of Eastern Europe, Stalin decided to press on into the West and by 1947, had all of Europe under his power. The USSR and USA became superpowers, Moscow was declared ''Capital of the Soviet Empire'', the Palace of Soviets (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Palace_of_Soviets) was built and Stalin continued his reign. The Chinese went to Mao Zedong and North and South Korea were divided. Japan was under the Americans, Manchuria or Manchukuo and Mongolia annexed by Stalin.
Stalin lived past 1953 and still rules today, though he is an elderly man. Stalin still maintains his rule over the Soviet Empire. Under Stalin, Europe, Mongolia and Manchukuo are made into republics of the USSR, for example an Italian SSR. The Vatican still exists, watched by Stalin. San Marino is the San Marino SSR.
Malta is a SSR in the USSR as well, as are states like the UK. Iceland and Greenland are also Russian (I may change this, I am considering having in my nation's history, a dispute with the West over these lands)
Mt. Athos in Greece is also watched by the Soviets. The Soviets have allowed for religious freedom in the Great Soviet Empire.
Stalin declared neutrality in things like the War in Iraq. He maintains this neutral stance in many things. Molotov (Foreign Minister) and Beria may still be living (Beria is the Head of the NKVD) and maybe others as well (still thinking on this).
Stalin is sometimes called Fuhrer Stalin but the known name is Comrade Stalin. Now that the Greater USSR is in the 21st Century, how will the future be? Will Stalin continue to live as the elderly leader he is?
-----------
My nation is a alternate history version of the USSR, example would be a living Stalin.
