OOC: Yes I'm doing one of these RPs. I want to have a little fun with this.

Today, soldiers clearing land in the oblast of Zykrania, which has been undergoing a nuclear winter for the last 100 years, have struck oil. Since the three billionth citizen of Jaredcohenia was birthed, oil was in a great need. We at JNN are unable to determine how much oil has been drilled, but for certain we know that this area is under complete military watch.
OOC: Zykrania is snowy, dark, and mountained. The location is NOT being given.
