I am Giveing The Cassiopeia Galaxy to a New User, so in short, I am going to give my Nation to someone you might know.
Technically, it already belongs to me, the Khurganate, Balrogga, Nova Boozia... the list goes on. But, frankly, all I have to say is this:

Please make a note to inform the new owner that if there is any of your old characters used, the G'Than'Dehr will be reactivated. The complete destruction of all forms of your goverment is required for the satisfaction of the G'Than'Dehr. You reused Chimerae(however you spelled it) in your last endevour and that is what forced me to join in the battles.
Undoubtly they will create their own characters so there is nothing to worry about but it would be polite to let them know about that. That would place all the past unplesantness into being just footnotes in history.
Please have the new owner TG me if they have any questions.

Does that mean I can put a lien on his nation? ;)
