Victoria, BC- British Columbia declared independence today as the Dominion of British Columbia after the British Columbia Party, the party that won elections in BC. The provincial versions of BC/Canada's Liberals, Conservatives, NDP and others have become parties in BC only. The current Prime Minister of BC (which is a democracy) is James Gardner (may change later) who has built British Columbia into a good independent state.
James Gardner had Victoria as the capital and has tried to get diplomatic relations with other states, BC is open to diplomacy. The British Columbian Legislative Assembly is being kept so far the way it was, the Conservatives, NDP and Liberals have seats but the BCP (Gardner) has a majority.
How will the new BC turn out? Who knows?.......
