Transmission from Moral Republic of Wasser Trade Ministry

Today marks the grand opening of our first Free Trade Zone in our new conquered territory of Bellum Prefero Coastline.

We are opening up 250,000 arces of our conquest, which is sealed off from the rest of the country with a tall concrete wall with razor wire and chain link fencing, and armed checkpoints, for a Free Trade Zone under the regulation of the Coastal Trade Zone Agency, CTTA.

We are opening up the Free Trade Zone under the CTTA to help generate revenue to help rebuild the bullied USSDF which was attacked unfairly by Bellum Prefero and to pay back the costs it took to liberate the USSDF.

This is prime real estate 250,000 acres of flat coastline to build what you need. To move container traffic, create a transport hub, build a corporate headquarters and anything commerical, BUT NO MILITARY PRESENSE!

The restriction is that arms factories, private security companies are allowed to base, but there is to be no 'guarding' done, unless it is by Tactical Solutions Inc. whom we have contracted to do the security for the city. They'll be running a police force and harbor patrol.

The benefits of having a Free Trade Zone here are that they are no export and import tarriffs, no duties, no fees, no fines, only a small property tax, an initial fee to buy the land, and utilities which can offer your various needs at competitive prices.

Come to the conquered coastline of Bellum Prefero, to the Free Trade Zone, and enjoy the comforts of a market economy.
