It was announced today by federal military dynamic engineer Tomas Robertson that his company Union general dynamics has been contracted by the Federal government to start a new fast attack destroyer project. This project will consist of multiple sections of construction and research.

Section one:
Designs
The design for the craft has already been chosen by the government, and union dynamics has it on model, a prototype for the body is in the works. The body will be constructed of zero point, hyper plasma steel mesh to survive combat in most dire situations and to survive super high turning speeds and slight faster than light maneuvering.

Section two:
Weapon systems
Union dynamics has also been commissioned to research design and construct new weapon systems for this ship and future vessels. These weapons will be positron lighting cannons/ emitters, new fields of study have opened the door to these weapons. These weapons provide an enormous amount of energy and explosive potential. Not only will the deadly anti matter punch through shields or hull, the lighting will provide a way to counter pesky shielding. These weapons are in the design stage, and require much work, but they will be very effective, rumor is that the anti matter will be encased in a folded space warp confinement beam as its shot out.

Section three:
Shields
Shielding has also been a top priority, union dynamics has been able to combine gravimetric shielding, beam shielding and projectile shielding and quantum flux shielding in to a multi layered compress dimensional folded warp, basically manipulating space around the ship to crate a multilayered auto modulating shield around the vessel, the concept is sound but implementing it has been difficult, it is hope that it will be implemented with this new fast destroyer.

Section four:
Engine systems will be revolutionized with this project, and advanced upon with new theories in localized faster than light travel up to 6 c and rapid .60 c maneuverability engines, in conjunction with hull development this will be curial to the success of this class.

Section five:
Armor is also an important part in ship designs, its provide ships with protection when shields are off line and as well as damping for heavy and fast maneuvers .

New types of amour such as deployable ablative phase amour and super strong hyper plasma steel meshes will provide the ship with heavy defense against enemy fire and anomaly’s there after.

Issues regarding materials flows and personnel assignments:

The log of cotzon Alexander;
Rank, supply and personnel master new Luna ship yards, section: body consecution

It has come to my attention … that materials and personnel are not flowing to there designated points, and are often being constricted buy bureaucratic mess, they are often late, or at the wrong place, or they do not come at all, if they ever do come I ask them what is going on, they hand me a slip of un approved and unauthorized martial transfer, and I have to pull teeth with the local section commander to assign teams and martial to our section, I hope that you will look in to this issue and resolve the problem.. Thank you End log …

Research proceeding at a steady pace, Chief researcher Doctor Hamilton freedmen

I am proud and rather happy to report that our research in to new shielding and armor is going on at a steady pace, we are making new discoveries every so often, but we don’t have a working model on the weapons just yet, how ever theories are currently being integrated and adapted to formulate a viable weapons theory, our funding is ok for now to say the least, but we might need more later on, weapons are a little slower but that’s understandable due to the complex integration of theories and materials needing to be used. Over all projects is going well, I expect to have a more through report at the end of the month.

Engineering research proceeding slowly…

We have had some issues regarding flows of materials from the supply master, but we are proceeding slowly towards our goal, the models of engines, and drive systems have nearly been completed, the only thing we need is the information from amour, and materials, to complete a working computerized model, funding must also be a priority, although we are ok with funding now, any future research must need better funding.

Issues regarding materials flows and personnel assignments finally solved

The log of cotzon Alexander;
Rank, supply and personnel master new Luna ship yards, section: body consecution

Its is wonderful to report that all problems with this have been solved and we are able to get materials inside our facility… and flowing to sub divisions, all sections are reporting materials in place and being utilized, in a lighter note, we have made a module of the ship in our computers, and are proceeding to formulate the hull materials..

Engineering research delayed due to computer malfunction…

We need better computers, our entire computer main frame in engineering has crashed and the AI is refusing to cooperate, we have lost most of our data and are experiencing problems attempting to reboot and restore the system, administrations and material supply assured our department will get new computers, the computer literally arced and the AI went hay wire, we need to fix this bloody thing and restore our data, we should get our new computers by tomorrow.. Over all the rest of the staff have taken a day off until we install these new machines, there’s nothing for them to do.

Prototype engine ready to be built

I’m proud to announce that a proto type engine is ready to be built for lab scale research and tuning, we have had some problems with speed but that has not affected the concept and design, we should have the prototype engine up and able to experiment on by the end of the week. End log…

Lab scale model ready to be built
The log of cotzon Alexander;

I have been informed that our section is ready to produce a scale model of this new ship, with the materials made from our concepts. It is difficult to tell how this model to react to the stresses we will put on it, we will also rig sensors and scanners on to the hull of the model ship, to measure affects and tempters end log…

Weapon concept integrated, Chief researcher Doctor Hamilton freedmen

We have successfully integrated the weapon design concept in to workable theory, now all we need are the replicated alloys and materials to make a prototype, and the equipment to produce them, I have petitioned materials masters to being scrounging up things for our use, it wont be easy, and at best we will only have several accidents or malfunctions with these emitters a day. Funding is also a concern and I am requesting a raise in funding for the weapons department, we need more insurance, and more money to procure these materials, as for the shield system, it hasn’t been fully integrated yet, but we expect that to take at least 6 more months to integrate those systems, we also need better materials so I have also posted a request for additional staff to alternate.

End log…

An engineer sat in a chair looking over the specs and weapon emitter integration; he looked to his collage that was in a lab coat.

“This is FUBAR will…”

The other looked over “what is?”

The engineer responded putting his hand on the desk hitting it a little
“There is no way I could possibly align all these emitters like this, the AI will have to help me.. computer begin alignment of emitters, program beta one”
The other blinked “well it was pretty obvious man… regardless make sure you don’t make a mistake and blow us all to hell”

In response the engineer laughed and said “no I wont don’t worry”

The other walked off the engineer continued his work as new materials flowed in behind him in a transporter tube, mean while the emitters began aligning perfectly , replications , materializing parts for use, the AI and robotic laboratory swiping around putting things together aligning things, and running through processes, drones began putting things together and hooking them up as the engineer watched forth emitters being placed in position. The entire lab was robotic and AI controlled at this point he watched looking at the unfolding product.
