I would be interested in doing an RP of a ship from LA Ice spilling x amount of oil on the coastline of another nation. Of course, we'd need countries providing aid to the oil-spilled nation, and should it develop into a full-on conflict, then both sides will need allies.

You can spill your oil on one of my nation's islands, Navira in the pacific, or Na Pali in the Atlantic if you like
