Nova Francia

Nova Francia was found by French crusaders heading to the Holy Land. They soon consoldidated their power and established their own state, giving rights to the native groups already there. French people from many periods in time like WWII came and settled in the lands, no European king seemed to know about it or something. One figure in the nation is a girl named Marie Lacroix (may change her last name later). Marie was a noblegirl from a French noble family who was sexually abused by her female tutor, Anne Verdoux. After having enough, she wrote a note to her parents and fled, going on a ship. The ship found itself in Nova Francia. Marie was found by a noble family who took her in. She later became a famous figure in Nova Francia. Anne Verdoux commited suicide when she found out that Marie fled. Marie was famous in Nova Francia for her charity among other things, including the publishing of the ''Account of a Noble Girl'' which was Marie's account of her dealings with Ms. Verdoux. Also, she saw her parents who came to settle in Nova Francia, not knowing their daughter was there. The three are buried together in the Tomb of the Three. There are other figures known in Nova Francia as well as Marie Lacroix.
Nova Francia is led by an absolute King, currently King James II. The offical language is French (different dialects) and the capital is New Paris, though from the days of Crusader rulers, it was New Bethlehem (may rename) that was the capital.
In Nova Francia, French people are grouped into classes like Old French (descended from the Crusaders), Middle French (descended from French people after the Crusades and other periods) and Late French (from Napoleonic/WWI and WWII and other periods). Genevieve I, Queen of Nova Francia was of the Late French, she fled from France with her family when Hitler invaded.
Another girl in the nation is another girl named Marie who was kidnapped at childhood by natives who thought she was a goddess. She was married to the chief and bore him children whom were thought to be ''Heavenly Children''. The worship of Marie or Mvembe is still practiced today, believers think the Goddess left the human body when Marie (the human) passed away. A mosaic of Marie and her sisters (Marie had only sisters who were tooken by the native group as servants or something, this is disputed) can be seen in the nation. The mosaic depicts the meeting when Marie met her sisters, she had not seen them in some time. Christianity is the majority faith but the Mvembe faith is still followed today. It is disputed whether Marie accepted the worship of the natives. it is known that the chief ''knew'' Marie at age 11-14, this again is disputed. After Marie's ''Ascension from Earth'', the native group still lived on, Marie's children were highly respected, as was her husband who became Chief Elder.
I am a newbie here and I hope this is all ok info on my nation so far. I hope to do well on NS or Nation States. How is my introduction so far?
