Post-Kraven Whyatica Civil War [signup]

Since the Kraven Corporation has semi-retired, I'm going to do a Post-Kraven Whyatica Civil War.

In 2061, the Kraven Corporation's iron grip on the nation of Whyatica had finally loosened. Internal bleeding within the structure of the Corporation had allowed a rebellion to form, and from that seedling a massive redwood grew, engulfing the nation. The victory of Reichsmarshal Helghan in the Kraven Civil War had not helped the Kraven cause at all, it left an already battered nation bruised and broken.

War continues to rage, even now in 2062. Three factions have established themselves in Whyatica, and they constantly are vying for power. The Corporatists are a prime example of old ways never dying. They believe that the Kraven Corporation and their ideals of "Absolute Unification" should continue to be the policy of the nation, and wish to return to the old ways once more. The Old Whyatican Order are led by the few Whyaticans who remember the Pre-Kraven days; they were lucky enough to avoid the constant purges and executions. The Old Order wishes to see a new Whyatican Republic established and are slightly to the left in terms of politics.

The third faction, the New Order, has grown like wildfire and is now one of the serious contenders for this war. They are best described as a technocracy, and the leader is a mysterious Whyatican man named Giacomo [Cookies to whoever gets the reference]. His Council of Three is made up of engineers, scientists, doctors, and the like. The New Order is based around a pursuit of technology, making life better for all Whyaticans, whether through peace or war.

Which do you support?

Old Order - For the establishment of a Whyatican Republic

Independent Whyatica
Jagada

New Order - Technocracy

Corporatists - Supporters of the Kraven Corporation

I will not be accepting people willy-nilly - if I don't like you, you aren't getting in, it's that simple. Also, if you're a newer nation, I'll require an rp sample to get in. If you already know me and have rped with me, come on in!

Hey, well with Kraven beginning to fall apart. And with Kraven taking a long vacation. I believe for storyline purposes I should get involved. My war with the Macabees should have no effect on this war (as this war will occur before the WOGS), so this is more or less Jagada trying to heal the world of the Kravenites in a less nuclear way (I'm sure you know what that references to).

So am I allowed?

I'll be supporting the Whyatican Republic.

Cool. You're accepted, Jagada.

I do want it to be somewhat even, so I'd like some people to sign up for the New Order.

(The Corporatists are just there for storyline, I don't expect anyone to sign up for them and they will not be the victors.)

Can I RP as a rouge Corporatist General trying to quell the liberals?

I know Im new, but I know all about the Kraven Corp, here's a sample of my RPing: http://forums.jolt.co.uk/showpost.php?p=11081319&postcount=11

I realize I won't win, and I'm fine with that. I just want to cause some troubles for all the Republicans...

I don’t know which side to pick. My ally, Jagada, is on the old order side. Maybe I want RP in this but I do have a lot of time on my hands. I will have Mer’s upcoming civil war thread, a upcoming thread from Jenrak and my FT side fighting in RP. Hell, put me on the side of the old order.

Your northern neighbors are watching. *evil laughing*

No mutants. You hear me?

Got you. I always ask before I post. So…I will not use any mutant. Normal human killing butt in this RP.

For everyone: There will be no a) Landgrabs and b) Nukes.

All the land in Whyatica will remain under Whyatican control (whoever happens to win), and there will be NO use of nuclear weapons, whether tactical or strategical.

Okay, I can live with that. What about alliance with what side you helped?

Just to tell, the Dominion during the civil war would have attacked Father’s forces in your Middle East land. Because that was the side I was fighting before raven took his leave.

That's acceptable, but if the side you're backing loses, prepare for some very icy diplomacy.

This sounds like a good RP and I've seen your style...and I like it. So, we're looking at PMT here? How liberal are we on FT here, cause I can RP FT with any time period pretty good without making it an advantage. And actually, not very many of my forces could actually be considered FT.

Rise of Nations, Rise of Legends.

Cookie please. :)

And using fluid time, can I get involved in this after I emerge into the world again? I don't want this to be my first emergence because of another RP I have planned, but I'd like to help out anybody who's hammering a nail into Kraven's coffin. Probably weapons shipments and tactical advice, due to my getting a couple of recon satellites up and running.

No FT. I'm Postmodern Tech, and some of the Corporatists' equipment will be stretching it a bit (The Old Order in particular will be facing some of the Sardaukar Phase Five, Phase Four, and Phase 3).

I'll be starting the thread today, as of now all the slots are filled.
