Re: Modernizing military

To Whom It May Concern,

The Armed Forces of Southeast Asia itself is going through a modernization program and I believe that I can assist in your military reformations. As your military desires airplanes to retire the venerable F-5 "Freedom Fighter" Fighter Aircraft (http://www.globalsecurity.org/military/systems/aircraft/f-5.htm) and the venerable A-4 "Skyhawk" Attack Aircraft (http://www.globalsecurity.org/military/systems/aircraft/a-4.htm), I can inform you of a most fine military contractor.

The Detmerian Aerospace Dynamics, Plc (Public Limited Company) (http://forums.jolt.co.uk/showthread.php?t=380088) is one that the Southeast Asian military forces are proud to be a customer of; it is founded and based in the United Kingdom of Isselmere-Nieland (http://ns.goobergunch.net/wiki/index.php/Isselmere-Nieland), which my country has friendly ties to.

Detmerian Aerospace's DAS-2 "Spectre" Multi-Role Fighter Aircraft is quite possibly amongst the finest multi-role fighter aircrafts in the world and is in high consideration of adopting for the Southeast Asian Air Force and the Southeast Asian Navy. When in the hands of a skilled pilot, this advanced warplane shall be most hard to down thereby making it a wise choice to replace the F-5 Freedom Fighter with should you pick it for usage into your military.

For a warplane that can replace A-4 "Skyhawk" Attack Aircraft, the Southeast Asian Air Force has been considering the DAS-4 "Swordfish" Interdictor/Strike Fighter Aircraft. It is an excellent plane that not only does a most wonderous job at support ground forces, but it also possesses an impressive air-to-air combat capability: it can take out most air dominance fighters if used properly.

And finally, as your military is lacking in support AEW and Specialized Electronics Aircraft, I am most delighted to inform you that the Southeast Asian Air Force has recently adopted the GLI-44 "Blackjester" IRBC (Intelligence, Reconnaissance and Battlefield Control) Aircraft, a product made by the Kriegzimmer Conglomerate of the Second Empire of the Golden Throne (http://ns.goobergunch.net/wiki/index.php/Second_Empire_of_the_Golden_Throne). Originally I requested a successor to the venerable E-8 JSTARS Aircraft (http://www.globalsecurity.org/intell/systems/jstars.htm), but the Imperial Air Force of the Golden Throne happened to want more and was in fact thinking on the same brain-wave, so one could say I got more than I bargained for. The GLI-44 not only does a great job at Ground Surveillance, but in the role of an Airborne Early Warning aircraft and the role of an Electronic Intelligence aircraft as well.

I hope that I have been of good assistance and look forward to hearing from you in the future.

Yours Faithfully,
His Excellency,
Paul David Nettleton
Minister of Defense
United Sovereign Nations of Southast Asia

P.S. I'm not legalized to sell any of DAS or Kriegzimmer products as I have not been sold the rights to or licensed by Detmerian Aerospace or the Kriegzimmer Conglomerate to do so. So don't come to me asking you would like to buy from me. Go to the executive board members of Detmerian Aerospace Dynamics themselves to purchase their merchandise (http://forums.jolt.co.uk/showthread.php?t=380088). Go to the executive board of Kriegzimmer should you desire any of their merchandise (http://forums.jolt.co.uk/showthread.php?t=409787). But please do respond telling me the results of your decision however! And one final note before I sign off: DAS/insert Kriegzimmer subsidiary acronym name here-(insert number here) (insert name here) (insert aircraft type here) refers to the corporate model of the airplane, once they are in your nation, you can designate them whatever name you desire.

The Kodiak utilizes revolutionary ‘drive by light’ fiber optic controls which give it unprecedented flexibility and ease of repair while minimizing problems caused by electronic or traditional mechanical controls. The Kodiak utilizes a state of the art Auto loader that stores all ammunition outside the crew compartments to minimize the dangers of accidental detonation of ammunition. The Bezzle mounted autoloader features blow out panels and an easy reloading design that minimizes time spent outside the tank. The three crew members sit in specially designed ‘cockpit’ like seats with all relevant controls placed within easy reach, this design minimizes space required for the crew and gives more space for the armor, giving this tank some of the heaviest armor for its class in the world. The engine is mounted forward of the crew section to provide additional protection int he frontal arc. The BUCKLER active defense system uses four small metal storm grenade launchers wired to an all aspect millimeter wave radar mounted on the turret, this radar detects incoming threats such as enemy tank rounds and anti tank guided missiles, relaying the range, vector and speed to the appropriate grenade launcher this system allows the grenade launcher to fire a round into the path of enemy attacks, causing the weapon to either prematurely detonate or causing it to veer off course.

And the Tempest Assault Armored Vehicle

Price; 2,500,000
Deployment; The Tempest is meant for mobile support of amphibious and airborne attacks and assaults while sustaining fire, heavily armored, amphibious

The Tempest is a highly mobile solution to armor support, utilizing the latest in automation, fiber optics and digital control systems, the Tempest is the first ‘drive by light’ armored vehicle. The vehicles two crew, gunner and driver, sit side by side in fully integrated command and control environments similar to a fighter aircrafts cockpit. These ‘cockpits’ contain two stick controls, the driver’s controls operate the sight and the vehicle movement and the gunner’s sticks controls the gunner’s sight and the turret. In the event of an emergency, either crewmember can slave the other crewmember’s controls to theirs. Because of the compact crew space, the AAV has one of the highest armor values per volume of all armored vehicles, with an equivalent armor scheme to most MBTs while only the size of a small IFV. The position of the crew section, the Tempest has an extreme armor slope that maximizes the effectiveness of the armor and minimizes profile. The engine is mounted forward of the crew section to provide additional protection in the frontal arc

Armament: 1 20mm. Four barreled minigun (chin turret), 3 internal hard points for ATGMs, AAMs, or 2.7in. Missile pods. External attachment points for additional ordnance or fuel tanks.
Avionics: Integrated FCD, multifunction LCD displays for sensor and instrument readouts, FLIR and Light Intensification in forward sensor turret that follows pilots’ head movements. Low profile LIDAR turret for ‘peeking’ above trees and hills and illuminating targets for missile strikes.
Engines: 1x Shrak h-15 rotor (six blades) 1x Shrak-21 counter rotor (six blades)
Cost: $18,650,000
Maximum speed: 235 mph
Cruising Speed: 195 mph
Range: 2,310 mi. (Max with external fuel tanks)
Service Ceiling: +10,000
Deployment: The AH-71 is designated as an armed recon/light attack helicopter
Notes: The Red Kite is the next generation of light attack helicopters. Integrating full composite build and faceted airframe to scatter hostile radar the Red Kite features an internal weapon bay capable of loading most helicopter munitions or extra fuel tanks. For crew protection and increased survivability the cabin is over pressurized and filtered against NBC threats, the entire section is protected from High Explosive and Kinetic Energy attacks while the rest of the airframe can take a hit from anything up to a 30mm explosive anti aircraft round while remaining flyable. The Red Kite can attach ‘wings’ with hard points (1x for each wing) for additional ordnance or fuel. The ‘wings’ can be ejected in flight to quickly revert to a stealthy cross section, additionally the 20mm cannon can be retracted into a fairing to further reduce radar signature. The mast mounted LIDAR array features a very low profile to maintain stealthy profile while still providing the advantages of a mast mounted senor package. The Six bladed rotor and counter rotor gives the Red Kite the lowest acoustic signature of any helicopter in its class. The Integrated FCD is capable of overlaying sensor data on the cockpit windshield and can be easily controlled from the pilot or gunners console, this cuts down on the ‘information overload’ experienced by pilots of the famed AH-64D Apache Longbow without sacrificing any sensor capability. To reduce IR signature the engine is contained in a non-heat conducting ‘chamber’ and the exhaust is pulled through an air-cooled set of arteries running throughout the tail section.

Also available is our multi-role madular Helicopter unit which can fill many basic Helicopter roles in a single airframe.
VCH-43 (Goony)
Length: Rotors unfolded: 88 feet, 7 inches
