Lyon county has fallen upon hard times. We have made many enemies. We wish to join the GE to bring our nation back into the Galaxy. Our enemies have our very homeworld surrounded, and will assault it soon. Please hear our request.

The Vis Machinae wishes to join the alliance. We are worshippers of the Machine-God, and our war-machines are the best, if only because we worship the Machine-Spirits who inhabit them. Our Titan Legions will fight with fire in their bellies and a prayer on their lips for the Galactic Empire, as will our countless armored divisions, Glave foot soldiers, and Tesserarii units.

Of course, we still must be allowed to preach the word of the Omnissiah. And, for the record, we are friendly to Chronosia, and if our records scavenged from the ONI Concordiat are clear, you two once fought a war.

The Trasian Race had expressed a wish to join this Empire, you will find we use much of the same technology and many of the same Ships as the Empire.
