Today Prime Minister Ahmed Bin Sultan has announced that parts of the country of Emiristan will be liberalized and open to foreign investment. Free Zones are an oppurtunity for outside companies to bypass the investment partnership laws that require partnership with state corperations. All Free Zones will have access to the latest infrastructure and come with lifetime leases. Foreign residences can also take part in these duty free developments. Every immigrant or employee of a foreign conglomerate will also recieve a special lifetime work permit. All properties will now be listed:

Imam Palavi International Port Zone
Equivalent size: Rotterdam Port (Amesterdam)
Rules and Regulations: All materials will be searched but only materials of the highest national security risk will be seized or detained for any exteneded period of time. This does not include weapons or drugs.

Rules and Regulations: This zone is for the production and exportation of fossil fuels and renewable energy Nuclear refinement is allowes as long as it does not pose a significant threat to the state.

Investment Protection
All land is guarded by the National Guard. Everyzone has distinct access points and each point is protected by a very throughout protection system. All property is subject to search bearing a warrant.

Expansion
Land around the free zone area is quickly being developed. Leisure and business plazas are being contructed on the state dollar to encourage tourism and business advancement. No expansion is guranteed, and any change in the stated contracts is subject to negotiation.

Foreign Employees
All employees of any company that purchases a lease in any free zone is immediately cleared for a lifetime workers permit. This permit does not entail citizenship and a per employee tax is needed to provide healthcare and education for non citizens. The government has the right to deport anyone at will. Liberalized law based upon basic Islamic principles will be followed at all times.

The brand new King Khalid International Airport has been opened to the world. It is designed to be the nation’s premier hub with the world. Facilities include twenty-six 7,000 meter runways, ARFF services exceeding index E, customs, cargo services, passanger services, tri-taxiways at all concourses and terminals (one taxiway for push-back, one taxiway for one-way traffic, and the other taxiway with the opposite one-way traffic), Terminal Airport Secruity, Military Secure Area, General and Private Aviation services, and one colossal green clear glass air-traffic control tower (which contains Medina City Control/Center split up into six frequencies, Medina City Tower 1-20, Medina City Ground 1-25, and Medina City Regional Delivery 1-30), the largest in the world. The airport can handle all aircraft sizes and even supersonic flights. The airport is connected to the national high speed rail network and (Medina City) service. Seventy available modern concourses are available, each one containing three monorail stations, retail space, and a large louge area and one-hundred-eighty gates. Terminals are also available with a similar layout, but only sixty gates. Airlines may make this airport their hub at no cost.

The Republic of Emiristan strives to provide a state-of-the-art mass transportation systems to all incoming guests and citizens.

Each concourse contains 180 gates, 3 Fast Link stations, retail space, and 2 VIP lounges. Houses of worship can also be requested.

Terminals are desinged like the concourses, but only contain 50 gates are meant for regional travel. Although implementations will soon be made to allow larger super jumbos to gain access
