Earth II is a closed community, and anything that goes on inside it has no bearing on the rest of the NS world. So if I claim the design for a plane in E2, it wont stop anyone having it outside of E2.

Eh... the mods sort of have the right to go into every thread they want and leave their comments, regardless of whether it's E2, E20, AMW, whatever. Your idea is, to put it simply, godmod. There's no way in hell anyone is going to recognize your claims. They'll all just ignore it. Huahin, it's a lost cause. You should rather design planes that'll pwn existing planes and capitalize on that. Sorry mate.

But my point is, that it'll bring depth to Earth II. Smaller nations do not possess the resources or the money to develope their own fighters, which is why they turn to larger nations to provide them. Nations such as Bjorn would sell planes to any nation, and besides there are many different choices.

Most of my planes that I'm claiming are very rare prototypes. I think its fair to ask that I should own the designs for those. I can't draw to save my life, so finding photos of rare prototypes is what I've tried to do as an alternative.

No it doesn't. The same rules as apply to the rest of the forum apply to any Earth threads, or they are not part of NS and don't belong here at all. You have been told by several players this particular rule applies to both NS in general and Earth II in particular.
