Okay, I want my one of my first acts back on NS to piss off the world so I am looking for one or two nations (Prefferably 1 billion to my size (1.9 billion)) to help me invade a small nation (Under 200 million prefferably lower than 100).

I figure that this would piss off the rest of the world because we would look like bullies.

It's Fanaticas, a nation filled with fanatics of every strip/creed(thought it doesn't condone terrorists, it doesn't regulate/worry about them.)

Just a question, are you implying that there is an okay amount of internal tenssion?

Actually, surprisingly, no. Fist-fights/barfights are usually as far as it goes. Occasionally general social violence breaks out, but not as often as a sociology professer might predict.

I'll send a minor action task force to help the bullied guys, maybe upgrading later depending on how things go.

OOC: I'm always looking to expand my notoriety in the arms manufacturing world. While I, being a 7-billion monstrosity, wouldn't think of participating directly in such a small-scale conflict, I would be more than happy to provide the aggressors with some Brettonian Military Industries toys on an "indefinate loan" basis. Purely product placement, I'm sure you understand.

Cool...
To pay you back how about we give you a cut in the captured land?

OOC: And I am always looking to expand my territory as well! Sounds like a good plan to me.

Here's the Brettonian Army rundown. It's all PMT (Post-Modern Tech), meaning the items are partially above the technical knowhow and logistical means of MT (Modern Tech) nations. However, I expect that your operators should be able to utilize them with at least a degree of efficiency, especially if I send some "advisors" to assist in their use.

1. A7V Peacemaker (http://forums.jolt.co.uk/showthread.php?t=444410) multi-legged tank - fully automated, the pinnacle of the Brettonian war machine. It will likely be impossible for your men to use without the sophisticated command-control support it requires. Battleship-grade weaponry in a highly mobile package.

2. A4G Partisan (http://forums.jolt.co.uk/showthread.php?t=450430) bipedal tank - not nearly as much of a war machine as the Peacemaker, however, it is likely to be much more within your operational faculties. It should engage enemy armor at maximum range, as it is somewhat vulnerable for its size against kinetic hard-kill weapons such as a sabot-firing tank cannon at closer ranges.

3. AS-004H/J Stahlkörpe (http://forums.jolt.co.uk/showthread.php?t=447922) heavy assault suit - designed to maximize the armament and armor protection of the common soldier; it requires extensive training, but will produce platoon-level results from a single trooper.

4. LA3 Instigator (http://forums.jolt.co.uk/showthread.php?t=468051) rapid response vehicle - fully automated gun platform, can act as both a support vehicle and SPAAG (self-propelled anti-aircraft gun) when coupled with an independant radar unit. Poor armor protection in favor of high speed and ammunition capacity.

5. GHk-27 Gamow (http://forums.jolt.co.uk/showthread.php?t=478398) all-weather gunship - advanced capability attack helicopter, ready to fill all your anti-armor/anti-personnell air support needs.

I won't be even considering loaning any of these out, but just for your personal information:

HTS-02C Ouroboros (http://forums.jolt.co.uk/showthread.php?t=481690) large-scale air transport - designed for theatre-level operations and capable of moving entire armies a nearly indefinate distance. Due to its nuclear-powered engines, we try to avoid sending them into combat situations until we have established air superiority.

Good stuff.

I'll have to see what everyone else thinks considering you're talking PMT. I want this to possbily lead to other stuff with the involved nations... If we go multi-tech there is less of a chance that that'll happen...
Mondoth

most of the stuff looks good, except for the Bipedal tank, which would require a foot print of more than 10,000,000 square inches to avoid sinking int o the ground (each foot would have to measure about 2000 inches by 2500 inches, about 170 feet by 200 feet)
Keep in mind that most modern Battle Tanks have a ground pressure of less than 20 psi at maximum weight, while this thing, at max load, with feet that measure nearly two hundred feet square, would have a ground pressure closer to 80 psi. I won't dispute the tech or anything liek that, but you're going to need to size it down a bit before its anythign but an oddly shaped bunker.

The Multi Legged tank fares no better. Infact, it weighs more per legt han the bi-pedal unit does. Again, the tech is solid, and if it weren't for pesky things like the laws of physics, I wouldn't see any real problem with either of these units. But in PMT I'd rather not see Super or Ultra Heavy Battle tanks on legs.

Would prefere to keep it as a single tech base personally.
