Israel rose up in 1948, this is when the birth of modern Israel occured. Israel did fight for its statehood but they soon secured peace. Israel experienced growth and it had Jerusalem as its capital. Judaism was the majority faith, Islam and Christianity were respected.
Israel was a democracy, it inclued political parties like ones who were of the ultra-Orthodox version of Judaism. The current Prime Minister of Israel, John Holmes was the first foreign and first Christian Prime Minister. He respected Muslims and Jews and did visit the Western Wall. John Holmes has also visited places like the Church of the Holy Sepulchre for example.
Israel is also known for the communal camps known as kibbutz. It also is known for other things, such as the Uzi machine gun.
Israel is a peaceful nation now and hopes for a good future.
