Free Shepmagans is looking for Information warfare documents and research to help ensure it's people are immune from any attacks on the populations cybernetic implants and indeed, very minds. Being connected to each other through a country-wide wireless internet system, our people could be very vulnerable to new computer viruses. (Hence, non-government sanctioned coding of such programs is tantamount to murder under our judicial system.) We are willing to use portions of our defense and healthcare budgets to ensure we get relatively up to date research, and we look forward to any responses.

We thank you for your generous offer but our political beliefs seem to be incompatible. Our nation allows maximum individual freedom, and this freedom extends to personal finance. We believe the government’s only purpose is to protect the people from outside threats. This is fundamentally incompatible with the Marxist vision. So, in summation, we are not, and never plan to be, on the road to any form of socialism or communism. Hence we must decline your offer. Peace is indeed preferable, but our nation has no real ability to deploy any substantial force outside of it's borders yet. We simply are not able to hold up our end of an alliance. We are currently trying to change that but, it will take time to build up our forces. We would however not be opposed to the idea of a mutual non-aggression pact.

((OOC, My nation is a direct democracy, it has a nasty habit of looking down on representative democracies as corrupt and inefficient. Add in the fact that you are socialists, and essentially they think both your systems are doomed to failure. Also they weren't lying about the military thing, our airforce has 10 planes total, and our navy is non-existent. I'm currently thinking of a believable IC way to get them to think a little more tolerantly, but it's not easy.))

1. This was IC. The company doesn't take kindly to competition.
2. Good spelling is always a good idea. It gains you more respect, and it doesn't hurt my eyes to read your messages.
3. Often times it will start out with the message being decipherable, and lead to you telling people they'd do the same thing in your shouse.
