I am a new player to NS and am looking for a player to help me learn the ropes of RPing. I am thinking of an invasion of my nation but am open to other suggestions.

A diplomatic or political RP or (the most common one) a civil war is best. An invasion will result in you being overwhelmed.

Role-Play your people rebelling as a different political schism (eg if you're Autocratic Rulers, try to have Democratic Rebels)

No it didn't. They ended up calling in my third testicle to take sides, and he totally didn't want to get involved. There was a war in my pants that lasted nearly two weeks.

Might I recommend a joint readieness exercise?
A minor sparring match between two equal sized units from each nation (usually a division or less).
Also, it has none of the side affects of losing anything, and nobody dies (hopefully).
I either recommend asking someone to start one for you or start one yourself and pray it doesn't hit the fan. (I did the 2nd option, one involved nation lost their men for unknown IC reasons, and another unofficially declared war on me)
