Normally when you talk about a nation getting glassed, it simply means heavily bombarded by nuclear weaponry. In the case of The Aeson, it was literal. Huge stretches of soil, due to the heavy Kraven bombardment, had actually been transformed into a green, glass like substance.

It all happened so fast. First the Kraven cleansing, and the mad Einheri attack on Kraven. Then the Empress committed suicide for her part in bringing this on her people.

Oh yes, the similarities are unmistakable. Religion, culture, even the language of Old Aesonic is similar to ours. Between that and the prophecy, we welcomed them with open arms. Ours are a proud people, but not too proud to accept the great changes they brought with them. Most of the time, those who our discovered, as we were, are conquered. They didn't come as conquerors, but the next ones might well. Even then, without the lessons of the world, we realized that.
So we learned from them gladly, and transformed our land into a great empire.

It's very existence was as of yet unknown to the outside world. Keene took up a position on the Council of Prophets, representing The Aesonic Empire. After a brief discussion, the decision was made to call the new territory New Aeson.
