OOC: If you absolutely want to go to war, let's start a new thread, and I will repost the problems that are happening on Washington there. Just note, though, I will still have abandoned the Tortuga System, and will make it seem like the rest of my worlds (Only two of which are known to the galaxy at large, Washington and Na Nex Sa) are still in habited. It will just pick up where Mationbuds left off.

TLO is a military Religous Order, one that lives a fairly spartan existence, picking up and moving to escape wouldn't be that hard. And as for NN, he only recently came up from PMT, and has lived on his current homeworld for less then a decade. After having been nomads for two generations on the oceans of Earth, his people will have no problem with picking up and moving. Both are already making the plans to do so, and others are preparing to fight back should they choose to stay behind. We spent the time waiting for you to respond planning how to work this should we be forced into exodus. That is RL brothers for ya.
