The Following is a Message From Yukos/MOil Joint Oil Conglomerate Chairman of the Board Antonov Khruschev:
Good evening and good day to both sides of the globe. My name is Antonov Khruschev and I am the Chairman of the Board of Directors for--to my knowledge--the largest oil company in the world. I am not sending this message to the countries of the world to sell our oil, boast about past achievements, or ask to purchase more oil fields or rigs. The message carried on these radio waves is one much more dire.
The globe is going dry. Consumption has exceeded production in some nations, and other, larger, oil companies have difficulty extracting further oil. I believe that there is no need to display scientific proof of this grave problem due to the fact that YMJOC rigs sit upon 60-70% of the world's oil fields, and our production is stagnating compared to past years. However, the solution is unclear.
Several nations have looked into alternative fuel sources, and some have even existed quite well from them. However, as a global provider I must recognize that not all nations have the economic base nor the resources to subsist on anything other than petroleum. Therefore we--the world--must recognize a global problem. It must be solved with a global solution.
Therefore, I call all nations of the world to attend an emergency oil summit in Havana, United Cuban Territories. Admission is free, and accomodations are being provided for by the local government. All attending will be searched prior to attending the summit and security outside will be of the utmost. Truly, this summit deserves the name we gave it. The Coalition of Preservation Conference (CPC) will seek to preserve the human way of life by solving the global petroleum shortage.
